Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The facilities are super new and incredibly clean. I particularly loved the service here. I even got to participate in the hotel's tennis activities, and the staff were all incredibly enthusiastic and made me feel so welcome! It was a wonderful experience overall.

A five-star hotel with beyond five-star service, excellent, excellent, excellent! From luggage handling to transportation and the warm hospitality, everything was superb. My favorite was the infinity pool, right next to the Terminal 21 shopping mall, where you can find everything from food and shopping to spas. You could easily spend several days here without even needing to leave the hotel.

The hotel's location is super convenient; the BTS station is right outside the door, and there's a currency exchange shop next to it. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall, and a convenience store just outside. The hotel staff are very polite, and the rooms are clean.

The location is absolutely fantastic. The in-room amenities are also quite good, and the room service prices are very reasonable. All the staff were friendly. However, because it's located in the best part of Bangkok's city center, the accommodation price is a bit high. If I were traveling with friends, I'd prefer to book two smaller rooms.

Plus, every staff member at the hotel was incredibly enthusiastic and service-oriented, making for a truly delightful stay.

The location is super convenient and made for a comfortable trip. You can get here from the airport by train without getting wet, even in the rain. The staff were very kind, which made my stay worry-free. The room was kept clean, and the view was amazing. I'd love to stay here again when I visit Bangkok.
