The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua

Honestly, this is the best hotel on Maui for a 7-day stay! The pool is clean and the facilities are great. The coffee at the restaurant is excellent! The collaborative clothing designs and fabrics in the shop are definitely worth buying.

The room was nice, but we had a very unpleasant experience at the bar one evening because a male staff member had a terrible attitude. We hope the hotel can focus on staff training. Other than that, everything else was pretty good, meeting expectations for a Ritz-Carlton, even if it's an older property. The views of Hawaii and from the hotel are absolutely stunning. My friends and I stayed here for a week, exploring many different hiking trails and walking paths. Right outside the hotel, there's even a 'Dragon's Tooth' landmark that's great for hiking and enjoying the breeze.

I've been here many times, and it's still wonderful! However, it's a shame that the counter for Japanese people that used to be there is no longer there, but I still think this is the No. 1 hotel on Maui. There are very few photos of the hotel, but they are of the club lounge or the restaurant next to the golf course.
