Regent Bali Canggu

Before our check-in, the hotel proactively contacted us and even asked if we could send a few photos. To our surprise, when we arrived in our room, they had turned those photos into a personalized welcome card, and the welcome amenities were also thoughtfully prepared. These little details really added a lot to our stay. The room was spacious, even more comfortable than it looked in the pictures. The overall design had a strong resort vibe, and everything was picture-perfect. Just relaxing in the room was incredibly soothing. The breakfast selection was extensive and varied daily. They even offered freshly opened coconuts, so we didn't get tired of it even after several days. I also have to commend their attention to other small details. The free, unlimited laundry service was incredibly convenient, especially given the Bali weather. The slippers in the room were very comfortable, and the beach bag was especially stylish. We casually mentioned how much we liked it, and the staff surprised us by giving us one as a gift – a truly delightful gesture. Our entire stay was very comfortable. The service wasn't overly forced, yet you could tell that everyone was dedicated and genuinely willing to help guests with any issues. This trip created so many wonderful memories thanks to the Regent, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Bali.

I have to give a huge shout-out to the Regent's service; it added so many delightful surprises to our trip. On the first day, we had to wait an extra 20 minutes to check in. After we spoke to them, the manager apologized and offered us a complimentary dinner for three at Nura restaurant. The next day, our room's air conditioning was too cold, and after trying to get it fixed in the early hours with no success, the hotel once again offered us a complimentary dinner, this time for five people, plus a spa treatment for three. On the day of our check-out, they even sent two Alphard vans to take our group to the airport. Their after-sales service was so impressive that even my pickiest friend raved about it. I'll definitely choose Regent again next time I'm in Canggu.

Great location, and being a new hotel, it was very comfortable to stay in.

The hotel room design is innovative and well-thought-out, and the service is meticulous and attentive. Definitely worth a stay!

1. Definitely book a pool room, otherwise the garden view is a bit run-down. Pool rooms are shared by a few households, so you might encounter noisy families with kids. 2. The service was excellent – warm and proactive in resolving issues. 3. The hotel's beach club is great. 4. There are many delicious eateries nearby, including popular cafes and a good restaurant called Meimei.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The service was always prompt, and our butler was incredibly attentive. This is hands down the best service experience I've had at any hotel. The hotel itself is brand new, and the facilities are top-notch, a solid 10/10. I literally just left and I'm already wanting to go back.

My beloved Regent Bali... ♥ My love, Regent Bali Canggu… 💚 Bali became a place I want to return to—all thanks to Regent… 🌴 We stayed here for our honeymoon, and for 4 nights and 5 days, it was nothing but pure admiration… I’m actually quite picky when it comes to hotels. I usually avoid even touching the bare floor, and I’m very sensitive about cleanliness—whether it’s utensils or the bathroom. But here… I walked around barefoot the entire time, completely at ease, as if I were at home. That alone says everything—the level of cleanliness is absolutely outstanding. Even the interior design was breathtaking. I heard that the wooden carvings on the bathtub and sink were all handcrafted, and you can truly feel the luxury and artistry in every detail. It made every moment of using the space feel special and joyful. Even the amenities were impressive—especially the conditioner! Usually, hotel products leave my hair stiff, but this one made it feel as soft as if I had just been to a salon. Also, I know many people worry about Bali belly. We usually bring a shower filter with us whenever we travel, but this was the only hotel where the filter stayed completely clean—just like in Korea. After checking it midway, we even brushed our teeth with the tap water, and we had absolutely no issues :) The beach club, Taru Restaurant Regent Bali, and everything else—the cocktails and food were simply perfect! And most of all, I will never forget the kindness and exceptional service from the staff. Thank you for giving us such beautiful memories. Next time, we’ll definitely come back with our parents!
