Great hotel with excellent service and a friendly atmosphere. The animation team was absolutely amazing – always energetic, fun, and making every day enjoyable. Jeno and the rest of the team really made our holiday special. Highly recommended!

We visited the hotel for the fifth time this year. The change in ownership has not been beneficial. The staff are not particularly welcoming, as they have been transferred from various other Sunrise hotels. Cost-cutting measures are evident everywhere. The biggest weakness is the food; the same type of sauce and chicken are served repeatedly, with very little variety. The beach snack service—whether mid-morning or afternoon—is practically non-existent, or guests have to specifically ask for it; once items run out, they aren't replenished. Beach lunch is served from a single window, offering just one dish—the same meat and vegetable mix with fries—day after day for the entire fortnight. Be wary of the juices on the beach; there are days when they sit in the dispensers unrefrigerated overnight and are simply topped up in the morning. Waiters struggle with a lack of ice at all the hotel bars. During peak season, they started repairs on the main pool; it is currently drained, and workers are running around the area in the mornings and evenings. You can forget about having a quiet evening.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Everything was well organized, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would happily come back again.
