Every time I go to Baton Rouge I stay at the courtyard Marriott. Tyler and Alex are so amazing to be honest everyone there is so nice. The hotel is a great place to stay very clean. I love it there. Theseare my friends. Love you guys

We definitely enjoyed our stay, rooms were clean and nice size, staff was awesome, loved our balcony….would stay again!

The hotel was blocked off by police and the staff told us we were unable to leave because they couldn’t get our car from valet. The entire hotel was shaking with the loud sound systems and people partying and blocking the streets and traffic. Hotel was no help and the police could not get a handle on the situation. We literally were trapped with no way to leave and no way to sleep, noise didn’t stop until close to 6am!

Overall the stay was fine. There were several issues with Valet parking that were troubling. One of the biggest challenges was my car was incorrectly labeled which caused issues for the persons trying to retrieve the care. Additionally on one of my pick ups, I had a coat in the front seat. Two people when to retrieve the care. Thus, the person in the passenger seat sat on my coat on the ride back to the hotel. This was inappropriate in my opinion. Again, the hotel and stay was fine; the parking left a lot to be desired. So much so that I will be staying at a different on my next visit tot he city.

Staff was bias when it came to issues between couples automatically believed the woman with no context or getting information from anyone else. Almost caused a huge issue
