Hotel Loy Chiang Mai - Adult Only

Great hotel. All good except the room not 100% sound proof, might here noise from other travelers staying there. Apart from that, great hotel.

Our recent stay at the hotel was an exceptional experience, made unforgettable by the outstanding staff. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a team of highly professional and genuinely friendly employees. Their attentiveness, efficiency, and willingness to go the extra mile left a deep and lasting impression on us. Every interaction reflected their dedication to excellent service. Whether it was assisting with our requests, offering helpful recommendations, or simply greeting us with sincere smiles, the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and hospitality at the highest level. They are truly the highlight of the entire hotel. The hotel’s convenient location also made our stay even more enjoyable. With easy access to transportation, shopping areas, and nearby attractions, it was perfectly situated for both relaxation and exploration. In addition, the breakfast was absolutely outstanding. The wide variety of delicious options, fresh ingredients, and excellent presentation made each morning a delightful start to the day. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The remarkable staff, prime location, and exceptional breakfast combined to create a wonderful experience that we will always remember. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay here. The location is good for popular food locations and access to the city. However, the cleanliness was disappointing for the price paid and status of the hotel. From the first day we had issues with ants in the room and lots of mosquitoes (the latter is understandable for rainy season in Chiang Mai but there should be provisions for this, such as providing insect repellent). On our last night we found a cockroach in the bathroom, on the bathroom counter - this is simply unacceptable as cockroaches out in the open indicate a complete infestation which should be managed, especially in a hotel (Blattanex Gel is 250฿ from Lotus…). We had noticed cockroaches near the pool area previously but not within the room until that point. This is also worrying given the beds are not raised from the floor. We trapped the cockroach and called the front desk. They removed it and the staff were friendly, but there was no offer to disinfect or clean the surfaces.

Very nice and friendly staffs. Room is fully equipped with all the amenities you may need.
