The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay here. The location is good for popular food locations and access to the city.
However, the cleanliness was disappointing for the price paid and status of the hotel. From the first day we had issues with ants in the room and lots of mosquitoes (the latter is understandable for rainy season in Chiang Mai but there should be provisions for this, such as providing insect repellent).
On our last night we found a cockroach in the bathroom, on the bathroom counter - this is simply unacceptable as cockroaches out in the open indicate a complete infestation which should be managed, especially in a hotel (Blattanex Gel is 250฿ from Lotus…). We had noticed cockroaches near the pool area previously but not within the room until that point. This is also worrying given the beds are not raised from the floor.
We trapped the cockroach and called the front desk. They removed it and the staff were friendly, but there was no offer to disinfect or clean the surfaces.

We had a great stay at Hotel Loy in Chiang Mai! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location for exploring the city. What really stood out was the service—both Zen and Tar were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

總體還算是可以住的，酒店早餐稍微單一一些，房間裏沒有沙發可以做，整體也沒有抽濕機，但是酒店後頭的池嶺大胖魚非常非常可愛

We had a lovely stay here! Everything was just perfect and the staffs, probably the loveliest i have ever met. The morning breakfast was delicious , we get to have 2 choices of food and the room and services were amazing. Will definitely return and stay again.

Well service are friendly, the most friendliest service resort located at CM, but hotel look a little old, although only 3 y/o but it seems don’t really well maintain. Tv are small without any smart feature, gym small, but spacious room. However, still great to stay there kudos to the staff especially!
