The Bellmoor Inn and Spa

I wanted to reach out and share what an exceptional stay I had at your property. The breakfast was great, and I particularly enjoyed the herbed potatoes. The massage I received from Heather was amazing and truly the best I have ever had. I also appreciated the property's location; it feels very private and safe while remaining close to the beach and a wide variety of restaurants. Additionally, the fireplaces within the library and bar area are unique touches that you don’t often see. Thanks, Mark & Jackie

The staff was fine. Breakfast, although listed as one of the best, was pretty much the same except for a change between pancakes and French toast. Our room was clean and comfortable. Temps were in room controlled so that was helpful. The spa was closed on Wednesday so we never got to use it. Hot tub, we didn't all bring suits so didn't use. We asked more than once for a fire outside snd it never happened.. that was a big disappointment. All in all, I would return.

A relaxing elegant place to stay near shopping, restaurants and the beach. Breakfast included is a plus!

It's a nice hotel with great service and very close to beach. Jim was at the reception when we checked in and was very helpful. Staff over all was very friendly. However, I have couple of call outs, 1) there is only one elevator 2) A staff member (female and wore glasses) at the breakfast wasn't paying attention to cleanliness. Example: She dropped tongs (used for bagels and toast) on the floor and just picked it up and put it back with the food, She did not clean it or even make an attempt to wipe it with a napkin. Otherwise, the hotel is very cozy and gives a good vibe.

We wanted to rest and relax in the jacuzzi but found there was floating mud and someone's hair we told the front desk manager that there was hair floating in the water. He promised to sort it out and said that the hair would be removed. When we came to the jacuzzi after a couple of hours and climbed into it we saw the same dirt and the same hair floating in the water, which I think is unacceptable, in addition the jacuzzi has sticky tape parts that looks not attractive and unsafe to use. Also the room we rented had cracks and the place looks old and in need of repair in my opinion.

Nice little bar. Breakfast was good. Outside courtyard was lovely. Location very convenient to the Avenue shopping and restaurants.
