Hotel Colón Gran Meliá - the Leading Hotels of the World

The first room I stayed in was tiny, couldn't even fit my suitcase. The Wi-Fi was also terrible and I couldn't get online. I requested a room change for the next day, and the new room was much bigger with good Wi-Fi. A definite plus was the restaurant's food, especially the caviar – that was excellent!

It's pretty good overall. The bar is nice, the room facilities are complete, and most importantly, the service is very attentive.

I had a good impression of the hotel; the location was good, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was acceptable. However, for me, it was a very unpleasant stay. I specifically requested a room with a balcony, but upon check-in, I found it didn't match the room type and didn't have a balcony. It turned out the room photos were wrong, leading to the misunderstanding! The two and a half hours spent negotiating the room issue caused us to miss some sightseeing, which was a real shame!

Room: Clean and tidy, comfortable bedding, spacious, and well-lit. Staff: Friendly, fluent in English, and offer a good breakfast (European style/cold dishes/coffee/bread).

The hotel is located in the old town, making it very convenient for sightseeing and finding restaurants. However, the hotel view isn't very sunny, the rooms are rather dark, the carpet isn't very clean, the towels are old, and the hot water in the bathroom is inconsistent (sometimes hot, sometimes cold). Aside from these issues, everything else is excellent.

The hotel is nice, with great facilities. It's located in the center of the old town, but it's best not to drive there; turning and passing other vehicles is difficult. Please be careful.

This was my second time in Seville, and I chose this hotel. The location was great, very close to all the attractions, within walking distance. Breakfast was a buffet and à la carte, with each person allowed to choose one drink and one dish. The service was decent, the bed was large and comfortable, and the price was reasonable.

A very stylish and respectable hotel! We loved it so much that we unexpectedly extended our stay for an extra day to enjoy both the beauty of Seville and the hotel's services.

The superior family room I booked looks like two rooms with two beds, which is different from the picture shown in the order. The size of the bed should be two 1.35-meter beds. The windows can be opened, facing the inner courtyard, and it is relatively quiet. The hotel has a sense of design. The door of each room is a painting. The breakfast is rich. It is also very good to book an ordinary family room with two children. It is recommended to match the room with breakfast. The quality of the breakfast is really good.
