Xiangbishan Port House | City core stroll city center hotel (Guilin two rivers and four lakes store)

This was the most satisfying hotel stay I've ever had. Everything from cleanliness, facilities, service, and location was excellent. A bus stop is right outside the hotel entrance. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with meticulous attention to hygiene. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, ample hot water, and great water pressure, perfect for a hot shower after sightseeing. The front desk staff were incredibly professional and enthusiastic; they called ahead to confirm my arrival time, had the AC on for me, and even helped with my luggage to the room. Check-out was also very thoughtful; they assisted with taxi booking and location pinning to ensure accuracy. As for the location, it's very convenient for all major attractions in Guilin. You barely need a taxi; Elephant Trunk Hill and Sun and Moon Pagodas are within walking distance. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Every detail was handled perfectly, making our stay very reassuring. The staff were incredibly thoughtful, providing attentive care throughout our stay. They even personally asked us how our stay was when we checked out.

Second, the room was clean and well-maintained with complete facilities. The bathroom, in particular, had stable water pressure (no sudden changes!) and a comfortable water temperature. Finally, all the hotel staff were enthusiastic and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We were very satisfied with our stay.
