Xiangbishan Port House | City core stroll city center hotel (Guilin two rivers and four lakes store)

An impeccable stay, definitely five stars! The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, with excellent lighting and ventilation, and the outdoor scenery is lovely – a truly great experience. From the moment we entered until check-in, the staff were warmly welcoming, providing excellent, meticulous, and thoughtful service. The overall service quality was top-notch. The location is fantastic, situated in the golden heart of Guilin's city center. Downstairs, there's a snack street brimming with all sorts of local Guilin delicacies – a foodie's paradise, you can book this place with your eyes closed. Elephant Trunk Hill and Sun and Moon Pagodas are within walking distance, and attractions like East West Street and Jingjiang Princes' City are nearby. Transportation is convenient, making it a one-stop shop for eating, shopping, and sightseeing. The Guilin rice noodles for breakfast were super delicious and had a great texture, and at just 20 RMB per person, it was incredibly good value. The recreational facilities are comprehensive, with a free-to-use laundry room that's well-equipped and maintained. The chess room was comfortable and tidy. Every aspect of our stay was excellent, offering superb value for money. Definitely worth returning to!

Our first stop in Guangxi was Guilin, and we chose a hotel in the city center. The front desk staff were very welcoming upon arrival and even thoughtfully prepared toiletries for our child, which was a nice touch. The hotel is grand, and the breakfast was even better and more varied, with staff recommending delicious local specialties, especially the amazing rice noodles. The room was clean, spacious, and the toiletries were good, with even laundry detergent provided. The hotel environment was also excellent; it's small but has everything you need. The location was absolutely perfect for me – a snack street right downstairs, and no need for a taxi to get to the attractions.

My recent stay at the Xiangbishan Gangshe Hotel was excellent overall. Even during peak check-in time, the staff maintained warm smiles and processed my check-in quickly and efficiently. They provided detailed information about breakfast, parking, and the laundry room. When I asked about local transportation, they patiently answered my questions and proactively helped me plan my itinerary – truly attentive and professional service. The hotel's environment is clean and elegant, with a bright and airy lobby, and neat and stylish furnishings. There were no unpleasant odors in the public areas. My room had plenty of natural light, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Even the corners and windowsills were spotlessly clean. The hallways were quiet and peaceful. The hotel offers convenient parking, and transportation to nearby attractions is easy. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Guilin next time. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, close to several attractions (Dongxi Alley, Elephant Trunk Hill, Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas), and there are two food streets downstairs. Transportation is convenient, with a bus stop right outside. The facilities are complete and new, and the room environment is clean and tidy. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and they even upgraded my room for free. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I would come back to this hotel again if I have the chance.

I randomly picked this hotel and it exceeded my expectations! The service was incredibly thoughtful. They introduced us to local attractions and restaurants upon check-in. The recommended rice noodle shop, Qiufu Rice Noodles, and PoPo's Restaurant both tasted great and were reasonably priced. The room was also very clean, the AC worked perfectly, and toiletries were well-stocked. We even forgot our facial cleanser, but the front desk provided some – truly wonderful and considerate. The location is also fantastic, very convenient for exploring the city's sights, and there's a food street right downstairs. Highly recommend!

I picked this hotel at random and didn't have high expectations, but every staff member at the front desk was smiling. The room was spacious and bright, with a mini-fridge for cold drinks. Housekeeping came in daily to clean and provided plenty of drinking water. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. There's a snack street and a mall nearby, and taxis are easy to catch. The hotel is super convenient to major attractions. Coming back to the comfortable hotel every day quickly helped me relax after a tiring day. It's definitely worth staying here.
