Xiangbishan Port House | City core stroll city center hotel (Guilin two rivers and four lakes store)

All the reception staff were super lovely, providing attentive and patient service with quick responses whenever needed. To find such a reasonably priced hotel in this location with such excellent service—five-star review! Convenient transportation and a great location. The hotel provides toiletries like shower gel and shampoo, and laundry facilities are available. You can even have the staff tumble dry your clothes and bring them up to your room or leave them at your door. You can also ship your purchases to the hotel address in advance, and they will gladly collect your packages for you. The facilities are fully equipped and comprehensive, the room was super clean and well-maintained. Overall, our stay was very comfortable! But this five-star rating goes not just to the hotel, but especially to the wonderful front desk team!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The front desk service was super attentive and genuine. The room type was fantastic, and it was extremely quiet! The breakfast was also very rich and spread out. It felt like great value for money and was super cost-effective! Whether traveling with family or solo, I would really highly recommend this hotel.

The service was exceptional and the location is very convenient. Sun and Moon Pagoda and the pedestrian street are just a short walk away, with plenty of great food options right at the doorstep. The hotel even provides a food guide, and all the nearby spots I visited were amazing with no disappointments! The receptionist was so sweet and gentle, making it feel very cozy. The elevator to the parking garage was under maintenance at the time, and she even helped carry my things down. Highly recommended!

Elephant Trunk Hill Harbor Hotel. I initially chose this place because of the great reviews, and upon arrival, I found the service to be truly top-notch—it really felt like a home away from home! First, about the service: the receptionist was lovely and greeted us warmly. If you need your laundry washed and dried, they can even deliver it right to your door, and they replied to WeChat messages almost instantly. The hotel lobby has a seating area with complimentary tea and bottled water, and they even provide wheelchairs! The location is right in the city center, very close to Elephant Trunk Hill, the Sun and Moon Pagodas, and East and West Alleys. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and hailing a cab is super convenient. Downstairs, you'll find milk tea shops and plenty of dining options, making it extremely convenient. The hotel also offers a laundry room and a kids' club; the facilities are complete. Thank you so much! Highly recommended! Staying here was extremely comfortable and pleasant. I look forward to coming back next time!

The hotel staff were very friendly, enthusiastic, patient, and attentive! The room was clean, hygienic, tidy, and free of any strange odors. The breakfast was abundant, delicious, and appealing to both the eyes and the palate—just the way I like it. I will definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the pedestrian street—just a few minutes' walk. Elephant Trunk Hill is about 10 minutes away. The rooms are clean, and the service, in particular, is exceptional. Both the butler and the front desk staff were very warm and helpful. They even upgraded our room for free, proactively helped us with our luggage, and called a taxi for us. We had a thoroughly satisfying stay this time.

The most satisfying night of our stay in Guilin. The room was spacious and very clean, with a food street right downstairs and a fantastic location. The hardware facilities were great, especially the soundproofing, making for a very quiet night. The receptionist was lovely and extremely welcoming. She upgraded our room and even helped carry our luggage all the way to the door. She definitely deserves a big thumbs-up!
