Unlike many places in New Zealand, this hotel provided toothbrushes, tissues, and even bathrobes. The bed and towels were super soft. I stayed here during a layover, and there were so many shops around, plus the hotel itself was excellent, that one day simply wasn't enough. The breakfast, especially, was delicious. They even had Japanese rice porridge and pilaf, which was a nice touch for Japanese guests. There were several magazines in the room, which was convenient for a layover. However, perhaps because it was on a higher floor, the Wi-Fi connection was poor, and I couldn't use the internet at all. While I can't rule out an issue with my phone, it was noticeable because I usually connect easily elsewhere. I arrived at night and left in the morning, so I didn't get to enjoy all the views, but I did have a wonderful night's sleep with a fantastic view. Personally, I loved the elevator design and the vases. If I ever have another chance to visit Auckland, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

There are plenty of dining options near the hotel, and a Pizza Hut supermarket is right outside, which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet was quite rich, and the staff were very enthusiastic; they actively opened the car door and helped with luggage as soon as I arrived.

I was sending my son off to the University of Auckland in New Zealand. The hotel is quite close to the city center, about a 10-minute walk, and also about a 10-minute walk from the University of Auckland. The hotel's breakfast was decent, and the service was excellent. We even received a welcome fruit platter on the day of check-in.

The room is spacious and the facilities are brand new. Excellent!

The hotel has been renovated, and it's very comfortable overall. The staff provides great service, and the rooms are always clean. This isn't my first stay, and each time has been a wonderful experience. I also really like the hotel's hot tub.
