This hotel in the mountains is absolutely amazing! My whole family was really impressed. The owner even gave us a surprise welcome gift and a souvenir when we checked out, which was incredibly thoughtful. We'll definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

This Hoshino Resorts property maintains the brand's quality. The room perfectly matched the photos – what you see is what you get, and it was clean and hygienic. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and the food was pretty good; I recommend trying the noodles for breakfast. The hotel's location is excellent, right near the bamboo raft dock and the popular Xixi Coffee. Plus, there's a small fish scale dam perfect for splashing around, just a few minutes' walk away. Upon check-out, they gave us a lovely fridge magnet and some cold brew tea. I mentioned wanting to buy a waterproof phone case, and the staff member just gave me one for free. Top-notch service!

本次行程是三天兩晚，酒店給升級了房型，窗外就是水陽江，能看到竹筏飄過，風景很棒。酒店早餐菜品豐富，正餐餐廳服務好，菜品種類多，性價比不錯，我們一家六人給我們提供了包廂，我們吃了兩頓正餐，家人都很滿意。入住有歡迎水果，退房送冰箱貼伴手禮，服務細節很暖心，家庭出行很推薦。

酒店位置很好，就在儲家灘景區旁邊，離開西津野渡也很近，作為皖南川藏線東進西出或者西進東出的一個住宿點必須要住一晚。 酒店也讓我意外滿意，房間大，乾淨。窗外一片稻田。 我們晚餐在酒店吃的，性價比高，本地的特色菜也很好吃。晚安甜湯吃太飽了就沒吃。 推薦！

就住了一晚，整體體驗很好，比名宿好很多，設施也很完備，雙床房床很大，管家也很負責友善。在酒店餐廳吃了兩頓，整體口味都不錯，還能打88折。寶寶玩了水怕着涼，酒店也有紅糖薑茶可以提供，很人性化。

入住當天會電話核實，感謝還給升級了親子房，小朋友看到小帳篷非常開心。酒店自帶的餐廳也非常好吃。還有minibar和歡迎水果。小童樂園小朋友玩的也很開心。停車都不用錄入車牌，很進出非常方便。

這次開了一間親子房、一間大床房。環境乾淨整潔，前台服務態度超級好，餐廳服務員的態度也好。川藏線基本都是民宿，對於民宿本人是有抵觸的，要找到一家環境衞生、體驗感好的很難，網絡上推薦的廣告居多，要親身感受才能知道好不好。花間境是華住會旗下的，平時住過亞朵等酒店，體驗感都非常棒。
