I stayed for business but I would totally recommend that hotel for people visiting Metz for tourism. Fist location is amazing, just facing the cathedral at the centre of the city. Going out the hot you are facing so many little sitting spots of cute french restaurants and bars. It's such a lively city where people just enjoy themselves. Hotel is so cute. Beware there is no elevator, we got upgraded to the 4th floor with a nice view of the city, however needed to walk the stairs. For me it was fine since I did not had much luggage with me, but totally worth it. Really cute old medieval style. I would have loved to stay longer if I would have been there for leisure. For parking, there is a public parking spot just next to the cathedral which is 1min walk from the hotel. Good value for money and really charming

Room is rather small to accommodate 3 adults. Didn’t expect no lift to top 4th floor. Walking up with luggages can be very cumbersome & tiring. The room is very clean and location is very good.

喜歡歐洲這種小酒店，地處最核心的地方，小小的門頭，小小的樓梯，小小的房間，但處處透出的是歷史，是温馨，是風格，這才是歐洲⋯•所以在歐洲旅行通常衹訂兩種酒店，一種就是遠離城鎮的城堡莊園酒店，另一種就是在城鎮中心的小酒店，但也有痛苦，就是木有電梯，需要自己拎着箱子爬着古老狹窄的樓梯，但這難道不是旅行中需要感受的東西麼……

Lovely location in centre of the old town next to the cathedral and near the river, cafes and shops. Easy to drop off bags, check in and then park nearby. Comfy bed in beautiful traditional room. Good range of continental breakfast foods available at the breakfast buffet. Nice, friendly staff. We stayed here overnight on our way to Salzburg...perfect midpoint stop-off.

We didn’t have breakfast, nor did we have any interactions with the staff other than check in and check out. Lovely view from our room, overlooking the cathedral. But please, change the plastic mattress cover, that is too plastic and too hot!
