Manxin Mansion Beijing Tiananmen Forbidden City

Choosing MX Manxin Courtyard Hotel Beijing for visiting the Forbidden City was absolutely perfect! It's an ideal location, just a short walk to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. I especially want to commend the front desk staff – they were so kind, warm, and efficient with check-in. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions about tourist routes and laundry service. They were incredibly attentive throughout my stay, making it a super comfortable experience!

The room was clean and the breakfast offered a good variety. The staff were friendly and, most importantly, it's really close to Tiananmen Square, the National Museum, and Jingshan Park. Getting to these attractions by bike is super convenient, taking only about 15 minutes.

A hidden gem right in the heart of Beijing! This hotel is super close to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, which saved us so much time and effort getting around. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, but the real highlight was the laundry service – having a self-service washer-dryer was incredibly convenient, and you can also hand your laundry to the front desk. The room amenities were brand new, with thoughtful touches throughout, and the staff were all very warm and welcoming. The new Chinese-style decor created a quiet and elegant atmosphere, making it exceptionally comfortable to relax after a day of sightseeing. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Beijing!

The room was quiet and the service was excellent. The lady at the front desk even helped carry my luggage to the room, which was so thoughtful.

This hotel is right in the heart of Beijing, within walking distance of the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and Wangfujing. The soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear any outside noise. Both the service staff and housekeepers were very friendly. We received a welcome fruit platter in our room, and even a small gift after checking out. We stayed for two nights, and even though it was a bit pricey, I felt like I was treated like royalty! 😄

Facilities: Small yet exquisite, subtly blending modern minimalism with traditional Chinese elegance. Location: Convenient transportation, within walking distance to the Forbidden City, and an easy bike ride to Beihai Park and Shichahai. Service: Excellent front desk and housekeeping services, with complimentary water and beverages. It's very close to Wangfujing, and renowned restaurants like Siji Minfu and Fangzhuanchang Zhajiangmian are all within walking distance. The room size is a bit small, and the activity space is somewhat limited.

Adding the sofa bed made a big difference (no more squeezing three people into one bed, so much more comfortable). The hotel is conveniently located, the facilities are new, and the service is great. After a long day out, it was really refreshing to come back and relax.

The hotel's location is fantastic – it's super close to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and Wangfujing, and the subway is conveniently nearby, making getting around a breeze. For this prime location, the room layout is surprisingly well-designed and doesn't feel cramped. Most importantly, it's very quiet, allowing for a great night's rest after a day of exploring. The breakfast is also quite good.
