Quality Inn & Suites

Very pleased for our last minute trip to the area to go skiing. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and the pool area looked clean and welcoming even though we didn’t go in.

We were on the side so not the main property which allowed us to park in front of our room which was convenient.

I appreciate how the hotel communicated as soon as my reservation was booked. They confirmed that their pool was open (our family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub), and they clarified the offerings for breakfast service (self-service/grab and go) which our kids enjoyed. The room was clean and updated. Staff was curteous. Great value for the price.

Good quality and the kids LOVED the pool and hot tub (so did I) It was very close to the Ice Castles (less than 10 mins) which was very convenient. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful!

Rooms were clean, beds were comfy. The pool and hot tub were clean and functioning. The staff was very nice and helpful. The waffle machine for breakfast was also a hit for my kids!

The room was very clean. Matt at the front office was super friendly and very accommodating! Bed was comfortable and I got a good nights rest before heading to the mountain for fun the next day!

The room was clean. We tried using the microwave but it acted strangely. Ended up using the microwave in the lobby. Lots of noise of people walking around the hallway at night. Pool was nice but chlorine level seemed high. It was ok overall

The room was good size for 2 adults. The cleanliness needs improvement, visibly dirty floor trim, under furniture, corners of rooms with piles of dirt, food stains on tv guide card, half toilet paper roll on arrival and only 1 tissue left in box which suggests items are left from occupant to occupant.

Room was clean and seemingly recently updated. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Door lock was functional but needed to be physically manipulated in order to lock properly. We removed one star for that reason.
