Great hotel, no complaints! Very close to the visitor centre which is great for advise on what to do while you’re in town. Staff super helpful, room very modern and new and clean

The room, at a glance appeared clean. But, Someone (property manager) should visit each room and check the cleaning. The baseboard tops in our bathroom and the floor corners are dirty. (room 404). The carpet vacuuming should be checked at the points were the carpet meets the walls and bed. A nozzle should be used. The bed and pillows were very nice and comfortable. Counter tops were clean. Breakfast was good and the woman working the kitchen/dining room was excellent. The shampoo dispenser was empty and there weren't any water cups in the bathroom.

The room was very clean. The property was beautiful, the breakfast and the woman working. The breakfast was fantastic.When we checked in the person working, the front desk didn't seem very happy about anything.No smile, they were putting chips up on the shelf and were filling like a cooler or something.And we stood there for I don't know, maybe forty five seconds, and then I kind of said, i'm sorry, do you work here?And I got a well be right with you.But never a smile or thank you for waiting or just not anything.I've ever experienced checking into a hotel before

We arrived early and were able to check in. Front desk gentleman was awesome. Rooms are clean and spacious. Located close to so many things. We had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back.

The location is extremely convenient for local attractions. Our room was spacious, quiet, and clean. There was a generous sized bathroom. The pool area was clean. Unfortunately, the included breakfast was terrible. The eggs had a gray color, standard cheerios, the danish didn't look fresh, & the coffee tasted awful. I had my husband run out to get a quick breakfast & coffees. I don't expect included breakfast to be elaborate but I do expect it to be decent quality. The only suggestion I would have for the room is to put a mat inside the door & boot trays. It's Winter in New England. Muddy wet boots being tracked in. We took our boots off immediately inside but unfortunately it left salt & water on the tile. The kitchenette is located right there. I didn't want to use bath towels to wipe so the only option we had was toilet paper. There was still salt residue left.

The only thing I didn’t like was getting into the bathtub. I felt like I could slip easily. Other than that everything was great.

Check in was easy and quick! The room was clean and very comfortable. Thank you for a nice stay!
