The hotel's location is super convenient; you can walk to the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, and other major attractions, all within about a 10-15 minute stroll. The room was spacious, quite new, and spotlessly clean. The cleaning staff were very friendly and did a thorough job.

While the room wasn't huge, its location was superb, offering incredibly convenient dining and drinking options nearby. It also felt very safe to explore the area at night. The only downsides were having to pay two separate taxes (a city construction tax and another unspecified fee), which made the overall price feel a bit high. On the bright side, the staff were all exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic, eagerly providing detailed explanations about popular tourist attractions and their geography.

The room was decent. It was a standard double room with an added sofa bed, which worked for the three of us, though it felt a bit snug. It featured a small balcony with floor-to-ceiling doors and curtains. Both the facilities and service were satisfactory. Breakfast offered a good variety. There's also a highly-rated restaurant on the top floor; we received a discount card for it, but didn't get a chance to use it. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be that among the colorful flags displayed at the hotel entrance, the Chinese flag 🇨🇳 was noticeably absent.

I stayed for many days, and they never fully restocked the minibar as promised daily, nor did they provide all the toiletries. One day, when my room wasn't cleaned during the day, I called the front desk. They said they'd clean it soon, but after several reminders, they only sent up two bottles of water with a really bad attitude.
