AC Hotel Palacio de Santa Ana

The hotel environment is very good.

One of the worst experiences in the world, not because of the chain, but because of this particular establishment. Since they have no customers, they can't even be bothered to cancel a reservation, even though it was mistakenly made for four nights on the same day instead of four consecutive nights. It's shameful that you called them three months before the date and they told you they couldn't change or do anything, even minutes after making the payment. I've never had this happen before. We stay in five-star hotels precisely because of situations like this; they don't help you. And since this establishment only cares about its reputation, they take advantage of the situation to sell, sell, sell rooms at any price, just to avoid losing customers. The experience was horrible. I'll take this opportunity to leave a review for the chain when I return to the US.
