Live Aqua Private Residences Los Cabos

I don’t even know where to start because I sincerely love this private residence so much! It has truly become my favorite place to stay, and I can honestly say it feels like a second home to me. From the moment you arrive, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The amenities are amazing, the food is absolutely delicious, and the rooms offer the ultimate sleep comfort. Above all, there is a beautiful sense of peace here that brings comfort to my soul. This property always exceeds my expectations, and cannot recommend it highly enough!

We would highly recommend Live Aqua for anyone looking for an exceptional vacation experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful aesthetics of the resort, which created a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere throughout our stay. The amenities were outstanding, offering everything needed for both relaxation and recreation. What truly set the resort apart, however, was the culinary experience. Each restaurant offered delicious, high-quality cuisine with a wonderful variety of flavors and impeccable presentation. Every meal was memorable and exceeded our expectations. The combination of stunning surroundings, first-class amenities, and extraordinary dining made our stay truly unforgettable. We highly recommend the Live Aqua Residences if your goal is to relax in a beauitful, service-oriented environment. The rooms are gorgeous, the grounds are spotless, and the food is next level good. It's nice to have the option to take a golf cart to the main hotel, but by the end of the week, our preference was to stay at the Live Aqua. The Fiesta Americana staff is lovely, starting with Ameyali who greets you upon arrival. She was instrumental in helping us but never intrusive. Shout out to Kevin for his professionalism and always attending to our needs. The onsite restaurant is outstanding: Faviola, Dulce, and Jessica all get 5 stars. Finally, if you are interested in a Fiesta Americana membership, talk to Gio and Lorena, two of the nicest people ever. Thank you Live Aqua, thank you Fiesta Americana.

One week in paradise. Reviews are key for the staff so let me start with the people that made our time OUTSTANDING, The wait staff, Eduardo, Filoberto, Ricardo, Adrian, Francisco and Rubi. From breakfast to lunch and dinner. This team is outstanding. These are the people that you interact with the most and they are fantastic. Next the Bar tenders, great people who make the drinks from Andrea and the afternoon individual. I apologize for not getting his name. We made gin and tonics together and he is the man. Ivonne and old friend from the Fiesta was up at LARC and she helped ensure we had a wonderful time. Special thanks to Fabiola the restaurant manager and Ameyali the front desk manager. Finally, is the chief Alexis and the second chief that we did not meet. The food was excellent. Alexis was able to bring in some red snapper for my wife as she did not care for the local fish. The steak at LARC was some of the best I have had. What makes LARC Los Cabos great, This is a small property, private, gated, with a great view of the ocean. The pools are fantastic, with plenty of great seating for all guests. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and of course pool food. The kitchen is a scratch kitchen so they can make almost anything if they have the food source. They will also modify any dish on the menu. We opted for all-inclusive, which I highly recommend if you are there for a week or less. There is a fire pit and bar on the upper patio for great evening drinking and views. Ubers can drive right up to the front entrance (not common for all properties). It is a 7-minute easy walk to the new Anima shopping village which is still under construction but has many high-end stores open. My wife had a wonderful time shopping. Since LARC and FAVC are sister companies you have access to everything at the larger FAVC property. There are free carts that drive you between the properties. You have full access to the beaches, pools, restaurants, spas, bars, clubs everything. Then you can head back up to LARC to enjoy the quiet time and fine dining. I always seem to miss some people (like the young lady that helped me with buying the copper turtle) so I apologize for forgetting your name. The last person I would like to mention is our good friend Vidal V from the sales department. Over the years we have become friends and when we are in town, he always makes time to come see us. If you are interested in getting into this kind of vacationing or upgrading your LARC/FAVC portfolio I highly recommend you ask for Vidal. He has always been honest, upfront, and easy to work with for us. When we have any questions, we drop him a line and he always finds the answers for us. The staff were amazing, and the property and rooms are beautiful. Perfect way to enjoy Cabo, while having a calm place to go home to.

We have been coming to Cabo and staying at Live Aqua for the last 10 years!! You can not find a better atmosphere or service anywhere that compares to this amazing place! The food the service the views are incredible!! We LOVE this place and will ONLY come here!!

Room (2bdrm) was very nice and spacious with a full size jacuzzi on a large balcony. They had a really nice charcuterie board and good bottle of wine waiting when we arrived! Restaurant downstairs was pretty good, highlight was the ice cream which was amazing. It has an ocean view but it’s not oceanfront, probably the only downside we found. But great for families based on the size of the room. Would return.

Great place to get away to chill and relax. There is some construction going on across the way but it wasn’t overly load or annoying. Staff is very friendly and will help you with all of your needs.

The Live Aqua residences is top notch! It was our first time at Cabos, we had a really tough time choosing where to stay from the MANY options offered, and we didn’t know what to expect of the trip. We chose Live Aqua and it’s an understatement to say that we’ve been more than pleasantly surprised by the whole experience, amazing and secluded location with no noice and beautiful landscapes and gardens, incredible (never seen before) service from the whole crew solving all your problems and needs instantly with the best predisposition, super beautiful house with its own pool that we could set the temperature, and super easy access to a beautiful beach with the golf cart transfers. Can’t wait to come back!
