The room is stylish and clean. The staff at the reception always greeted us with a smile whenever we walked by. The doorman even carried our heavy suitcases all the way to the taxi. The slippers provided are not disposable, but rather sandals. The shower booth only has shampoo and body wash, with no conditioner. Also, toilet paper cannot be flushed down the toilet.

The lighting is a bit dim, but the balcony room I booked was quite nice, and the room size is relatively large. Boutique hotel in the center of the old town of Hanoi, if you are here for travel, it is close to all the places of interest. Even if located in the center of the old town, the hotel provide an isolated quiet and clean environment. I had a great three day experience here. Recommend

This was my second trip to Hanoi, and a friend recommended I stay at this hotel near the Old Quarter. It's very quiet and there are many restaurants nearby. It's about a 10-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel staff spoke a little Chinese and were very friendly and helpful. They even helped us book a spa appointment at the hotel (which came with a 30% discount!). The breakfast had a great variety, and there was an à la carte menu available (with complimentary options) – fantastic! 👍 I highly recommend this hotel to everyone (there's a swimming pool on the 8th floor).

The hotel is located in close proximity to all the shops. The female receptionist who served us was excellent. Some food was made upon request for our halal requirement. The room was also extremely clean and spacious.

Located north of the lake in the Old Town, this is a very new hotel. Highly recommend their hair dryer—the water pressure is strong and the temperature is stable. Also, the bathroom is a decent size!

Excellent service, great location. We were welcomed with a check in drink and the front desk staff took her time to explain nearby places of interest and also how to navigate the area. On our last day we had a checkout gift of a bag of coffee and the coffee filter.
