Facilities: This century-old hotel has undergone a renovation and is generally acceptable, but the hardware isn't as good as London's newer Peninsula.
Cleanliness: Well...nothing much to say, very good.
Ambition: Located in a traditionally affluent area, I personally prefer the Hyde Park area.
Service: The best part is the doorman, who regularly greets dignitaries and royals from around the world. There were no issues with that. He was very friendly and responsive to every request.

The hotel is a legend and a brand in the industry. The hotel has retained its previous style well. The afternoon tea in the lobby and several bars are very unique. The hotel service is good and the location is excellent.
