This is absolutely a world-class resort hotel! The most commendable aspect is the service team – large, efficient, and polite. Every staff member, including the engineers and gardeners, greets guests politely. The restaurant staff are of high caliber, perhaps a characteristic of Mexican labor practices. The environmental design echoes the ancient Chinese saying, "The mountains and rivers seem to block the way, but then a village appears amidst the willows and flowers." We stayed for five days and discovered something new every day. There's not only a swimming pool, but also a heated pool and a lazy river. The nights are exceptionally romantic; besides the uniquely styled restaurants, guests can book with the hotel for various scenarios, such as a beach bonfire, poolside, etc., with no fewer than a dozen options, including wedding settings. The restaurants offer Italian, seafood, creative Thai, and Japanese cuisine – a very diverse selection. The mattress in the room was unusually high; we had to climb up. I don't know why. The room was cleaned twice a day, morning and evening. For three consecutive mornings, we went to the beach at around 6 AM to watch the sunrise and take photos – a truly relaxing trip. It had a strong exotic feel!
