Tongpai Hotel Xi'An Bell Tower Yongning Gate

The location is fantastic for sightseeing, right between Yongning Gate and the Bell Tower. You can easily walk to Yongning Gate, the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and the Muslim Quarter. The room was quiet and comfortable, breakfast was of good quality, and the service was warm and attentive. The young staff at the front desk, both girls and boys, were especially polite, always greeting us when we came and went. It was a very pleasant experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to the Bell Tower, City Wall, and Stele Forest Museum. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the front desk service is great; they always greet you warmly when you come and go. They even upgraded my room because I had booked different room types for my stay. The breakfast is rich and varied. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Xi'an.

Ordering takeout and having it delivered to my room by the hotel robot was super convenient. I added the customer service WeChat for easy communication. Anything small I needed, like a sewing kit, hangers, or A4 paper for my kids' homework, the hotel robot brought right up. When I requested an extra writing desk, customer service brought it immediately! The breakfast was abundant, a mix of Chinese and Western options. The surrounding area is great for exploring; just grab a bike and see all the sights.

After seeing so many good reviews, I chose Tongpai, and it truly didn't disappoint! The environment, service, and comfort level were all top-notch. The gym and laundry room were especially great. The only minor drawback was that it's a bit far from the subway station, but the airport shuttle service was a wonderful touch! I'll definitely choose Tongpai again next time I'm in Xi'an.

Booked this for a friend. The location is super convenient, really close to the Bell Tower, making it easy to explore the city. It's also right next to Chang'an Grand Theater, which was great for treating my friend to a meal. The hotel breakfast was decent too. Overall, quite satisfied!
