Stayed for one night and the hotel was so good, I immediately booked for two more. The hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The male manager with glasses in the restaurant, along with the lovely hostess at the reception, were both amazing. There were two staff members with glasses, one with a very red face, and the young man who made the rice noodles even told me the most authentic way to eat them. The omelet chef respectfully greeted guests by bowing his head. And my absolute favorite was the Thai rice noodles – so tasty I ate them for three days straight! A big thank you to the restaurant's head chef who even added extra sauce and let me pack some to eat on the plane. The fresh flower pastries were fantastic; the manager gave me a box, and they were so good I was speechless. I ended up buying three more boxes myself, and everyone who tried them back home raved about how delicious they were. Seriously, you *must* buy them, highly recommended! Thank you to the hotel for your service these past few days.

The hotel is located in the city center, right next to Kunming Old Street. A 5-minute walk brings you to a different scenery and delicious food. Housekeeper Jenny's service was thoughtful and attentive, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend, I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Staying in Kunming, I found the overall service to be quite good. Although the hotel's decor is a bit outdated, the facilities are still decent, and it's relatively quiet. The bed was also very comfortable. However, the breakfast needs improvement; it's too simple, and there wasn't even skim milk. I hope they can add more options!

The service at InterContinental is absolutely amazing, and their service standards are consistently high. While the facilities are a bit older (mainly lacking smart technology), the soft services for members are excellent. We initially booked a family twin room, but upon arrival, we were upgraded directly to a Pleasant Goat themed family suite, which was much more spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is an incredible value at just 68 per person, and children under 1.2 meters eat free. The room overlooks Nanqiang Street and has many bank buildings nearby, which gives a great sense of security.

The room was well-equipped and clean. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming; they even upgraded our room and gave us executive lounge passes. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Nanqiang Night Market and the old town.

I originally booked a hotel near the South Station, but the strong renovation smell was unbearable, so I immediately fled to the Crowne Plaza. To be honest, the facilities in the room are a bit dated, but this place wins on convenient location, spacious rooms, and excellent service. And a huge shout-out to the Chinese restaurant on the fourth floor! Aren't hotel restaurants supposed to be super expensive with service charges? I was surprised to find a group-buying set menu for only a few dozen per person. It's a fantastic collection of specialty dishes from all over Yunnan, and a 5-6 person set was enough to stuff seven people, with leftovers! Plus, the service was incredibly polite and attentive!

The hotel's location is great, quite close to Nanqiang Street, Hang Lung Plaza, Wangfujing, and the subway station, all within easy walking distance. The hotel decor is a bit dated; one of the cabinet doors was tilted, which I suggest gets repaired promptly.

The room and bathroom were very spacious. Breakfast was abundant and the service was attentive. It's highly recommended for families traveling with children as there are playgrounds nearby. They also offer afternoon tea, snacks, and a welcome drink. Overall, a great experience!

As expected from an established InterContinental five-star hotel, Butler Jenny was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, providing impeccable service throughout my stay. She called ahead to introduce the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. My room was spotless and tidy, the mattress was perfectly comfortable – not too hard, not too soft – and the room itself was very quiet. She checked in with me daily during my stay. The experience was absolutely perfect, and I highly recommend it!
