Stayed for one night and the hotel was so good, I immediately booked for two more. The hotel staff were incredibly thoughtful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The male manager with glasses in the restaurant, along with the lovely hostess at the reception, were both amazing. There were two staff members with glasses, one with a very red face, and the young man who made the rice noodles even told me the most authentic way to eat them. The omelet chef respectfully greeted guests by bowing his head. And my absolute favorite was the Thai rice noodles – so tasty I ate them for three days straight! A big thank you to the restaurant's head chef who even added extra sauce and let me pack some to eat on the plane. The fresh flower pastries were fantastic; the manager gave me a box, and they were so good I was speechless. I ended up buying three more boxes myself, and everyone who tried them back home raved about how delicious they were. Seriously, you *must* buy them, highly recommended! Thank you to the hotel for your service these past few days.

Overall, it's pretty good. Every time I go to Kunming, I usually choose this hotel, and I've stayed here several times now. This time, the air conditioning had an abnormal noise on medium and low settings, so I had to keep it on high speed. The hotel breakfast is decent, and I really liked the papaya – it was excellent. Plus, the hotel's location is great, with direct subway access to the airport via Line 6. It's also very close to Nanping Street. Good stay.

This hotel definitely has that classic 5-star feel. The service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was generous. I was pleasantly surprised to find a balcony in my king room facing the river, offering a nice view of the square. As other reviews mentioned, the facilities are a bit dated, but the hotel staff proactively asked for feedback on my stay and mentioned that they are renovating floor by floor. There aren't many hotel options in central Kunming close to the metro, so it was great that this one is quite close to Tangzixiang Metro Exit H. You can even get directly to Kunming South Station from there. Overall, it was a good stay.

This is an IHG hotel. The location is super convenient. It's a direct half-hour ride from the airport via Metro Line 6 to Tangzixiang Station, right at the hotel's doorstep. It's also very close to the old town and Green Lake Park. Getting to Kunming Railway Station is just a 10 yuan taxi ride. I booked an executive room. As an older hotel, the facilities are a bit dated, but the service is decent. The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast restaurant are quite friendly. The breakfast selection is also pretty good.

The hotel's central location was perfect for my 5-day stay. I checked with AI, and it confirmed that if you don't want to switch hotels, this location is the most efficient for visiting Dianchi Lake, Western Hills, Kunming Old Street, Dounan Flower Market, and the Yunnan Provincial Museum. The hotel is a bit old but very well-maintained. The swimming pool water was a comfortable temperature, and the staff were incredibly nice. After checking out, I thought I'd left my phone and put them through a lot of trouble, but they patiently helped me search everywhere, almost tearing the room apart. I later realized I had clumsily put it in my suitcase, which was truly embarrassing. The breakfast dining area was lovely, quiet, and peaceful. There's also a large shopping mall next door, which was very convenient for shopping.

I forgot to take pictures of the hotel room, so I'll just use photos of Dianchi Lake instead! The hotel's location is pretty good, and the service isn't bad either. However, it is an older hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated, the water pressure isn't great, and the balcony is very small!

This is a fantastic hotel, a seasoned five-star establishment that offers excellent value for money and exceeded my expectations! The day before check-in, the butler called to inquire about our needs. Upon arrival, a bellhop immediately helped us with our luggage and assisted with the check-in process. The room was spacious with a small balcony. Although the hotel is older, all facilities are well-equipped, and the attention to detail really shines through! During our stay, when we encountered an issue and contacted the butler, they were incredibly proactive in resolving it. The service attitude was truly beyond five stars! On the 4th floor, the executive lounge offers afternoon tea, and the pastries are even better than those found in many patisseries. There's also a light dinner available during the evening. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor, with a wide variety of dishes, including many local specialties. The service staff are all very attentive and friendly; they even help pack food for guests who need it. The hotel's location is also excellent. The nearby Dongfeng Square is beautifully decorated, and the surrounding area has a vibrant local atmosphere. It's only about 300 meters on foot to Nanqiang Pedestrian Street, which leads directly to Nanping Pedestrian Street and Jinma Biji Archway. It's also very close to two subway stations (Dongfeng Square and Tangzixiang), and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

This stay exceeded my expectations! I received a pre-arrival call, and the housekeepers, Angel, Nova, and Jenny, thoughtfully inquired about my room preferences. I contacted guest services multiple times during my stay, and communication was efficient, with all my requests promptly conveyed and addressed. The entire staff was professional and courteous, the room was clean, and the location was convenient for getting around. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

The Crowne Plaza Kunming City Centre boasts an excellent location, making it very convenient for getting around. The hygiene is top-notch, giving me peace of mind during my stay. The rooms are well-soundproofed, and Jenny from the Front Office team provided exceptionally attentive service, really caring about our experience. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
