2. Out of 3 elevators, only one was working and every time guests get inside we’d have to wait 2-3 minutes for the retarded ROBOT to slowly roll in…. and slowly… roll… out, at his, robot’s floor….
3. THE BIGGEST ISSUE. The first room they gave me was stinking of smoke and was smaller and simpler that the room in the photos that I booked. When I complained (also add me using that elevator again and waiting for the robot to get in…. and … out…..), they were arguing with me of how serious they are about the non-smoking policy (to prove that my sense of smell is wrong or what?) and kept convincing the room is ok, so what it’s a bit photoshopped! They “upgraded” me to a better room, which didn’t feel like an upgrade because that “premium” room looked just like the room I booked. Compare the photos for yourself: what I booked and the “upgraded” variant, which IS the room. I wish I took photos of the original stinky room - it looked well different.
