We were really disappointed with this hotel this time around. The water pipes in our room were incredibly noisy, clanging loudly every two hours, and the sound echoed throughout the entire hotel. The reception staff were already aware of the issue but seemed helpless to do anything about it. Honestly, the hotel should close down temporarily until these issues are properly resolved, as it's clearly disrupting all guests' sleep. It's baffling why management isn't taking this seriously.
