This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was so kind and helpful, they made us feel like at home from the time they greeted us, we had been driving for a while. They kindly let us checked in while they parked our car and they brought all our luggage to our rooms while we took care of our 4 year old daughter who was eager to get to her room to rest and play. We will be back! We loved Bentonville. Thank you!!

Great, new hotel. Perfect location in downtown Bentonville with free parking and easy walking access to the square. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

This is a new hotel (opened in past 6 months). The public rooms are spacious and the guest rooms are well designed and comfortable. Sestina steakhouse is a gourmet restaurant. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Amazing hotel. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere. Great staff, amenities, onsite food and bev, ambiance, location, comfortable bed, great bathroom. My only critiques: disappointed how long it took to get hot water in the shower, and it felt like some of the technology in the room was too complex and over engineered.

The staff is composed of professionals with great people skills. Checking in, the front desk staff fixed a problem in our reservation easily. Checking in and getting our car valet parked was effortless. The room was well laid out with a long bench seat along the window with pillows. The bathroom was big with a roomy shower. The bed was comfy. We were surprised that the bed was turned down when we returned from dinner. The location is great, as you can explore the square or walk to the Crystal Bridges art museum and it's indoor and outdoor art. It was the priciest hotel on our road trip, but it was a nice treat.

Staff is always very friendly. Rooms are super clean and fun. We will always stay here when coming to Bentonville.

Pricey but well worth it! Property definitely had a resort feel to it. Will definitely come back!

Hotel was excellent, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did eat at the restaurant in the hotel and was disappointed. My main course arrived cold which was returned and anew was made but by then I had to eat alone. My husbands dessert was not set and inedible. The restaurant is trying to be something it may not yet be but will in time with training. This was our anniversary dinner.
