The hotel is situated in a relatively quiet area and features a private beach. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, making it perfect for unwinding. The front desk staff was wonderful – kind-hearted, incredibly gentle, and always greeting guests with a warm smile. Their service was outstanding. We were even given a complimentary upgrade to a pool access room, which was incredibly photogenic!

Bad review. The air conditioning was really awful, and there was no service either. For this price, it felt like they were cutting corners. The area around it was like an industrial park. Everything in the fridge was chargeable, and they only provided mineral water. The pool wasn't cleaned, and when I asked them to clean it, they said they were off duty. Speechless – hotel service has 'off-duty' hours? My life advice: don't book this place. It has no redeeming qualities; everything was terrible.

I'm absolutely furious with this hotel! The experience was beyond terrible, it felt less like staying at a hotel and more like staying at a creditor's house! I spent over 4,000 yuan, only to be met with unprofessional and rude staff. I left feeling utterly disgusted, like I'd eaten something foul! I arrived around 3 PM to check in. We had to check in outdoors, it was hot and we were bitten by mosquitoes. We waited for over ten minutes without anyone attending to us, not even offering water. When I finally asked, they said the room would be another half hour. Initially, they offered free drinks as compensation, but then denied it later that evening. They said they'd give us a late check-out until 2 PM but had to repeatedly ask for approval. As soon as they agreed to extend it to 3 PM, they immediately said the room was ready. I have no idea what they were messing around with! The extra bed fee was double what other places charge, and even then, the promised extra bed wasn't brought on time; it only arrived after we chased them up. The next morning, I called to ask housekeeping to simply tidy up the room, just flatten the bed sheets, no need to change them. The staff directly refused with a terrible attitude, saying they don't clean rooms after check-out. Repeated explanations were useless, and they even hung up on me! The second time I called, they agreed, but then took over half an hour to arrive. We had already made the beds ourselves. The person who came only collected some rubbish and towels. The whole communication was like talking to a brick wall! Your staff really needs to learn some hotel management! I honestly want to ask the hotel: Do we owe you money? Why do you treat us with such an attitude? If you can't clean, just state the hotel policy or communicate in a normal tone! If you don't want to work, then don't work. Why take your anger out on us? Or do you have an issue with Chinese people? I will directly complain to headquarters, so good luck with that 🫰
