There's a front desk lady who speaks Chinese and offers excellent service. The environment and food are also pretty good.

This beach hotel near the airport is incredibly comfortable, and the service is outstanding. They offer car transfers in and out of the main gate, which saved us a lot of walking. The two restaurants within the hotel each have their own unique charm, allowing us to enjoy a wide variety of Thai cuisine without even leaving the premises. We booked a room with a private pool and upgraded to a floating breakfast. The hotel was very punctual; at 10:00 AM sharp, they knocked on our door with breakfast.

An hour after checking in, I got scratched by a branch on the hotel beach. I immediately looked for security and staff, but the employees I encountered had very poor English and seemed new, as they weren't even familiar with the hotel layout! I sat and waited for 20 minutes, only to be offered rinsing with pure water. I appreciate their positive attitude in handling it, but the efficiency was truly terrible!!!! And why didn't they arrange a shuttle closer to us to take us to the lobby??? Instead, with my swollen foot, I was led by the staff on a much longer and more distant path???? What bad luck! Since I was injured at the hotel and couldn't walk normally, I wanted to ask for a late checkout. The front desk said that regardless of the reason, it would cost 3000🐷... which I understand. After checkout, we went to eat at the hotel restaurant, and they wouldn't even give us water???? They said the complimentary pure water was only for guests checking in on that day, and if we wanted water, they only had bottled water for a fee. Seriously, that's ridiculous?? In just twenty minutes after checking out, we weren't even entitled to a glass of water. **Environment:** At night, there were geckos and mosquitoes everywhere! Anyone checking in absolutely must bring their own mosquito coils!!!! We brought simple mosquito coils and kept them burning, but we still got bitten by insects. Mosquito repellent and bracelets didn't help much. Plus, the pool and bathtub are outdoors, so there were insects and fallen leaves. The mat at our entrance was also constantly wet... **Service:** I'm very grateful to the several staff members who helped change my dressing; their attitude was excellent. However, I hope the hotel can strengthen employee training on basic wound care, as both times they changed my dressing, they caused the original wound to bleed again. The restaurant staff were absolutely terrible. They treated white people and us completely differently. With such a talent for changing faces, they should just go to Sichuan to learn face-changing opera!😤😤 **Environment:** It's great for photos, but be sure to protect yourself from mosquitoes and bring plenty of repellent and sunscreen. The beach, however, was dirty and not as good as it looked online. I'm grateful to the Trip.com customer service for continuously following up and handling my injury, but I give the hotel a HUGE, HUGE, HUGE thumbs down!!!!

The ambiance is fantastic, and the views are absolutely stunning. The room gets great natural light and ventilation, and the soft furnishings are elegant and cozy, making it a truly relaxing space. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. This stay definitely added a lot of happiness to my trip!

The hotel is situated in a relatively quiet area and features a private beach. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, making it perfect for unwinding. The front desk staff was wonderful – kind-hearted, incredibly gentle, and always greeting guests with a warm smile. Their service was outstanding. We were even given a complimentary upgrade to a pool access room, which was incredibly photogenic!
