Residenza Paolo VI

Its peaceful and safe here. The front staff were very helpful. Small hotel just walking steps left of St. Peters Basilica. I love that we can just stroll at night and fet back to our hotel. The breakfast has choices of bread, pie, croissants and cheeses. My daughter liked the bacon! The only low point is the cool air conditioning is not great,

The location is A1! For that alone you have to book a room - food good and view from terrace is amazing

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, professional and courteous. They really put effort into making your stay comfortable and assist with any needs you may have such as scheduling transfers. The location includes breakfast and Giulia is amazing in ensuring you have a great breakfast with as many cappuccino’s you may like. The bar is attended by Francesca and she provides excellent customer support. Yocasta, and the front desk staff are amazing. Depending on the season is the cost of the room per night. I have stayed in two different seasons and prices are significantly different as is the weather, temperature and experience. When you open your door you are greeted with the daily Gospel of the day. It has been a wonderful experience staying at this location and look forward to future stays in this magnificent location close to all must see attractions. Thank you for providing my family such a wonderful experience building great memories of our stay!

This was our third stay and like the previous visits we were completely satisfied. I know that any future trips to Rome willvove staying at the residenza. Excellent

Excellent service, amazing views, comfortable beds, great layout for a group of 3 or with a kid. Delicious dinner and nice night views at the terrace. Perfect to watch the pope on Sunday. Overall excellent choice! Location, location, location!

Everything about this hotel was perfect for us. The location, the friendly staff, the restaurant, the breakfast room and the roof terrace. All areas were very clean and all staff we met were so pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

These rooms are a mashup between 60s college dorms & a monastery. Pictures on site do not accurately represent the rooms. Very dated, uncomfortable bed & blankets. Thermostat did not work, room was very hot. Blow dryer also didn’t work, shower was super small. We chose this spot to be close to tour the Vatican the next day. However, the hotel itself looks like a mini church, overly religious theme. Area just outside felt unsafe & sadly there were many many unhoused individuals all over the place. Staff at terrace bar were rude. Hotel uses pretty pictures of the terrace & view of Vatican to deflect from the poor/old condition of the hotel.

Excellent service! Cleanroom, amenities and location. Will be staying there again soon!
