Reykjavik Lights Hotel by Keahotels

My stay at the hotel was generally pleasant. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location made it easy to get around. Overall it delivered a comfortable and convenient experience. I’d recommend it for travellers looking for a simple, reliable place to stay.

The hotel is located far from the centre but there is a bus stop near the hotel. The service is good. The room is clean but only head to toe bath in the shower roo.m. The room has a plenty of space. There are a lot of parking in front of the hotel. The breakfast is not many choice.

The receptionist is helpful and able to arrange earlier check in. Hotel's car garage is convenient to self-drive visitor. Staff services are very good in general.

we stayed there before and after our ring tour. Location is good. Breakfast buffet is adequate. First time our room and bathroom was quite small and there was hardly any space to open both luggage. But at request, they changed our room second time to larger in the same category and that was adequate in size.

Customer service and support is excellent, especially the booking and assistance of Flybus departures.

The hotel is not in the city centre and it looks like a 20 minute walk to get there. However, on-site parking is free which you can't get from other hotels in the city centre. The hotel staff were all helpful and the included breakfast was pretty good. We had originally booked a Standard room, which turned out to be very small, and on the 2nd floor, facing the carpark and the main road. This meant that the room was quite noisy all through the night since the window had to be left open for ventilation. The next morning upon asking to change rooms, we were informed that all Standard rooms faced the road, so we paid to upgrade to a Superior room which was much larger, and faced the rear of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in the new room.
