NINE TREE BY PARNAS SEOUL MYEONGDONG 2

Out of the three hotels I stayed at during my trip to Seoul and Busan, this one was by far the most spacious for three people. The room was significantly larger than the other two, impeccably clean with no strange odors, and even had a dedicated area for luggage, so we could open all three suitcases without feeling cramped. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from both Line 2 and Line 5 subway stations. It's also not too far to walk to Line 4, Myeongdong (great for shopping!), and Lotte Duty-Free, maybe about 10-15 minutes. From our window, we had a fantastic view of N Seoul Tower and could even spot the G2 Hotel where we'd stayed previously. There's a GS25 convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, which was handy for snacks, drinks, and instant noodles. Our floor also had a public dining area and even a garment steamer! Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay 🏨. On the walk to Line 2, there are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. There's one coffee shop on the corner across the street that serves excellent coffee and has pastries that looked much more appetizing than the trendy Japanese bakery 'Aso**something' behind the hotel. Definitely recommend checking it out!

The hotel is right next to Myeongdong, and Lotte Duty Free is about a ten-minute walk away. There's a convenience store on the first floor. Check-in and check-out were super fast, and the room was bigger than I expected, with plenty of space to open my suitcase. I took some great photos of N Seoul Tower from the 38th-floor rooftop.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is warm and attentive, and the location is convenient with excellent value for money. The bedding is comfortable and soundproof, and the staff are friendly. The location is superb, within walking distance to the subway station and shopping areas, with plenty of food options nearby. Some rooms offer views of N Seoul Tower, and it's close to Euljiro 3-ga subway station. It's relatively quiet, about an 8-minute walk to Myeongdong. The hotel is in the city center, making travel incredibly convenient. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location and facilities are great, and the front desk staff are particularly warm, patient, and speak some Chinese. However, they only cleaned our room on the first day and not for the following days.

The room has a very large bed and ample space. It's about a 300-meter walk from the subway station, and there's a convenience store downstairs. The neighborhood is quiet, making it very suitable for families with children.

This is my second stay at Nine Tree Hotel, and it was a great experience. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were all warm and polite. It's very close to Myeongdong, just a ten-minute walk, and the transportation is convenient with a subway station and airport bus stop nearby. Staying here is an excellent choice!

The hotel's location is great, only a ten-minute walk to the subway station and Myeongdong. There's a convenience store downstairs, and luggage storage on B3, which is super convenient.

The hotel is located near Myeongdong and is accessible by airport bus, about a 5-10 minute walk away. It's closer to Subway Line 3, but quite a distance from Subway Line 2. Shinsegae Duty Free is about a 30-minute walk. There's a GS25 downstairs, which is convenient for grabbing breakfast. We booked a triple room and chose it based on photos that showed a sofa, but there wasn't one in the actual room. Felt a bit misled, but due to the language barrier, I didn't bother trying to clarify. The soundproofing isn't great, and the toilet seat was smaller than the toilet, which was a bit odd. The room was cleaned daily, and water and tea bags were replenished. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, as they are not provided.
