Excellent service and good experience during the days that passed,expecting the next time coming and wasting time there😉

We had an amazing one-night stay at the Ritz Paris in October, and from the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The whole team were so friendly, warm and approachable, while still maintaining that effortless Ritz level of service. Nothing ever felt too formal or stuffy, which made the stay feel particularly special. One of the highlights for us was the spa. It really is amazing and absolutely worth making the trip down to visit, even for a short stay. The pool and facilities are immaculate, and I would say the spa is definitely one of the best perks of staying at the hotel. We had also arranged for a few deliveries to arrive at the hotel before us, and it was such a lovely touch that the team had everything packaged together and ready for us when we arrived. It made everything so easy. We booked our stay through our travel agent and had an excellent arrival and departure service arranged from CDG, and then onwards to Gare de l’Est as we were travelling to Épernay. Everything was seamless and made the whole journey feel completely effortless. Nicolas checked us in (I hope I have his name and spelling correct!) and was fantastic. There was a beautiful bottle of Ruinart Champagne waiting for us, which was a wonderful welcome. He also managed to arrange a seat for us at Bar Hemingway and, at the last minute, secured us a reservation at Ralph’s after our reservation at RH fell through. Ralph’s was definitely worth the visit, so we were very grateful that he managed to arrange it for us. I also wanted to mention the manager in the breakfast area, who wears glasses — unfortunately, I can’t remember his name! He was incredibly entertaining and engaging with us throughout breakfast and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He even offered to package up some of our breakfast pastries for us to take on the train for our onward journey. Such a small gesture, but one that really stood out and summed up the level of care we experienced throughout our stay. For just one night, the Ritz managed to make it feel like a much longer and much more memorable stay. The combination of the beautiful hotel, exceptional facilities and, most importantly, genuinely warm and friendly staff made it a real pleasure. We will absolutely be back. A truly memorable stay at the Ritz Paris.

You might be wondering, “how can a hotel be life-changing?“ But trust me when I say the Ritz Paris is truly an incomparable hospitality experience. Apart from the obvious… the iconic location, the history, the Hemingway bar, the restaurants, and the hotel lore, the Ritz deliver delivers on every other front that matters in a luxury hotel. We were treated like royalty when we arrived, everyone knew our name and acted as though we were the most important guests at the hotel. And we were only staying in a deluxe room for two nights. We checked in quickly and received the most informative and interesting tour of the hotel. A gigantic thank you to Ramy and Fanny in guest relations. I will never forget their warmth, kindness, and generosity. I think I’d go back just to see these two smiling faces because they made our trip so incredibly special. At every turn, from the restaurants and bars to housekeeping to the shops and concierge, the service was perfection. Every inch of the hotel seems to be cleaned constantly. It is the most pristine building I’ve ever seen. Our room was beyond anything we could’ve imagined. Everything is spotless, comfortable, luxurious, and clearly built to the highest standards. Every five star hotel should take note of the bathroom amenities provided at the Ritz, which included dental kits, hair combs and hairbrushes, premium shampoo, conditioner and lotion, shaving kits, nail kits, hair ties, Dyson blow dryer, high-quality steamer. Nothing is missing from this bathroom. We also received delicious sweets, both on arrival and as part of our housekeeping on the second day of our trip. Literally some of the best things we ate during our entire stay in France. And, of course, they gifted us a wonderful bottle of champagne. Room service is equally astonishing. I’ve never felt so pampered and spoiled. Worth every penny! I guess this is where capitalism really gets you. I suddenly have energy to keep working and keep making money so that I can keep returning to this magical oasis in the middle of Paris. This is the ‘life changing’ part . Thank you to the entire staff for giving us this exceptional experience, and making us feel very very special every minute during our stay. And thank you to the management team for taking exemplary care of this majestic property, and for taking care all of the employees who, in turn, take such good care of your very appreciative guests .

We had dinner and drinks at the Ritz Paris, spent approximately €300. Afterward we had drinks at the front bar until closing. Another patron we’d just struck up a friendly conversation with invited us to his suite to continue talking over champagne on his terrace. When we were leaving at approximately 2:16 a.m. on October 23, I was downstairs waiting for my Uber with my friend. My friend sat down in the chair while I was walking toward the exit when a man from the hotel with a big mole on his face, approached me, prevented me from leaving, and berated me. He demanded to know where we were, if we were staying there, room number, what we were doing, and who were we with. I told him it was none of his business. He proceeded to block the door in order to try and prevent me from attempting to open it. He kept the door was latched keeping me inside and he refused to open it. He said they were going to check the hotel’s CCTV to see where we were. Thankfully another man who worked there saw what happened, hurried to unlatched the door and apologized profusely. This was appalling treatment and French law prohibits unlawful detention, and I believe what happened may have crossed that line. I don't want to bring race into it but I guarantee you, if I was an older white woman, this would have never occurred. So, I believe this was based on race. I have emailed Ritz to preserve the CCTV footage, and I will report the incident to the police for the record. The Ritz’s luxury image is meaningless if this is how it treats people.

Elegant, timeless, and simply iconic. Dining at Bar Vendôme inside Ritz Paris is a pure Parisian dream — flawless service, beautiful presentation, and unforgettable atmosphere.
