Our stay at Long Set Resort was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Koh Rong. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we were welcomed with genuine smiles, warmth, and exceptional hospitality. Every staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. Whether we had a question, a request, or simply needed a little help while traveling with our family, they were always ready to assist. The resort itself was beautifully maintained, clean, and peaceful. As a family traveling with our little one and my mom, feeling safe and comfortable was especially important to us, and Long Set gave us exactly that. Our room was clean and comfortable, the surroundings were well cared for, and we always felt safe and at ease throughout our stay. Breakfast was another highlight. There was a wonderful variety of choices, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and served with care. The service each morning was warm and attentive, which made starting our days even more enjoyable. But beyond the beautiful location and facilities, it was the people who made our stay truly special. Their genuine warmth made us feel less like guests and more like we were being looked after by people who genuinely cared about our experience. We left Koh Rong with beautiful memories and a lot of gratitude. Thank you to the entire Long Set Resort team for making our family’s stay so comfortable, safe, and memorable. Absolute Paradise. A Flawless 4-Night Stay! We just wrapped up an incredible 4-night stay at Long Set Resort, and it was nothing short of perfection! From the very second we arrived until the moment we checked out, everything was completely flawless. The check-in and check-out procedures were incredibly smooth, efficient, and entirely stress-free. Every single staff member we encountered was super friendly, genuinely welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They constantly went above and beyond with bright smiles that truly made us feel right at home. A very special thank you goes out to the wonderful Reception Manager, who went completely out of their way to surprise us with a beautiful souvenir scarf! We had a wonderful stay at Long Set Resort. The hotel is close to the pier and they have a member of staff waiting to assist you. The check in and check out process is seamless. We ended up extending our stay here because the service was so wonderful. Everyone is friendly and the place is beautiful. We were here for my partner’s birthday and they helped organize a few surprises. Thanks you to Rosa and Sim particularly for making the stay easier, and the team that decorated the room for the birthday surprise, as well as the restaurant team that made the cake and fruit platter. It was delightful.
