Perfect place to stay for a weekend in the city and great value for money. We had a queen room with two bathrooms which was very convenient. We booked a lake view, and it was stunning! The pool was crowded, so unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use it.

前台服務熱情友好，對英語不好的我用翻譯軟件也很耐心。我的房間是城市景觀，雖然不能看到湖景，但是能看到外面高樓大廈。房間寬敞，雖然裝修有點老舊，但是打掃的非常乾淨。瓶裝水需要自己去前台取。地理位置太好了，對面就是湖畔和公園。步行可達千禧公園和芝加哥藝術館。華麗一英里和芝加哥河步行略遠，但是酒店門口3路公交車可達很方便。臨近商業區，靠近地鐵，還有梅西百貨。附近餐館眾多，酒店一樓就有星巴克，買東西方便的很。酒店一九二幾年開業，接近百年歷史，眾多歷史名人來過。下次出行還會選擇。

Everything was fine, but when I returned to the hotel the second night, after taking a bath and using the bath towel, I found a pair of used old socks. They were neither mine nor my friend's. This made me feel extremely disgusted and uncomfortable. I am very concerned about the hygiene situation at Hilton. This is a problem that should not have occurred

非常好 酒店地理位置特別的方便 酒店有很久的歷史文化底藴旁邊就是格蘭特公園環境很好 並且離藝術館 芝加哥交響樂團 都很近 出門就是bus stop 去華麗英里打卡逛街也很方便 基本和主要景點都在一條大街上

Great stay! Everyone was pleasant. Perfect location! Easy to jump on the L to go to the Cubs game. The view wasn’t the best but I got a standard room. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. Overall a great stay!!

The room was very old and with smell of urine. The exhaust fan was very dirty. The reception lady was not very polite and other people were offered free bottle of water except me, even though I booked two room.

Chicago Hilton is amazing. Rooms are real nice, amenities were great. Gym and pool and sauna are real good to start your day off. Hilton is central to most things and close to the CTA network.
