The room was very spacious and comfortable, which I really liked. The staff were friendly and it was very quiet. There aren't many guests in the building, so the biggest impression is how peaceful it is. There are also plenty of food options nearby, including the famous Under Bridge Spicy Crab.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the MTR station and surrounded by numerous dining options. The room facilities are quite impressive, and the layout is well-designed. For a city like Hong Kong where space is at a premium, having such a spacious hotel is a real plus. There's also an outdoor swimming pool on the top floor. While the breakfast selection isn't vast, it's sufficient to fill you up. It's suitable for both families and business travelers, highly recommended.

The hotel has an excellent location, just a few hundred meters from the subway, making it very convenient to get around. The room size is also quite good. Plus, the Michelin-starred restaurant 'Tai Mien' is right near the hotel and the food is delicious! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Convenient transportation with a variety of delicious food options nearby. The flagship store of BaWangChaJi is also close by. There's a pedestrian street next to it with several Japanese restaurants offering very fresh ingredients.

The hotel is very close to the city center and the metro. The room is clean, but quite old and needs an update. Many items in the room are for sale. The front desk staff didn't seem very friendly. No help with luggage was offered during check-in. Overall, in my opinion, the hotel does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel.

Great location, and I was pleased with the width of the beds in the twin room. The room size was quite generous for this area. The service attitude was also good. The included breakfast suited our travel plans perfectly; my child loves milk, so we packed a cup every day, which was a thoughtful touch. Although the hotel pool isn't very large, my child enjoyed it, though it was a shame it closed at 7:30 PM every night. When we first checked in, the room did have an odor, but the hotel promptly changed our room and even brought over an air purifier/dehumidifier, which ran 24/7, completely eliminating the smell. Overall, the value for money was quite good.

On the second day, the front desk began renovations and moved to the second floor, which also has a convenient restaurant where we could have breakfast.
