Courtyard by Marriott Gulfport Beachfront

Shower did not have safety parameters - no safety strips on shower floor, no handles or places to grip or hold while entering or exiting the show. With a slippery shower floor, I fell inside the shower, injured my back, and got a gash in my leg on the shin. I’m still recovering.

I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price so we didn't eat on property. No restaurant on site but a bar grill and order style. HOWEVER, the outside sitting area was beautiful, quiet , somewhat secluded because we had a large crowd and could be loud at times so we were glad that no other guests were disturbed. The staff were EXCELLENT , professional, super helpful, always available.

Needs updating in rooms , manager took care of a small problem we had with mold switches our rooms quickly was super nice and accommodating , second room was an upgraded room gulf view very nice but needs updates . Over all a good trip . Sweet staff jus a little disappointed in room looks .

Room was warm and smelled of mold. Bathroom was very inconvenient as there was no counter top to place toiletries for daily use.

This hotel, especially for the price, was worn around the edges, including some older curled wallpaper along the lower wall trims and older carpets.

Lobby was beautiful, but room was not updated to “Marriott” properties. Bed was very old, no firmness, almost fall to the floor when you sat down. Building out dated and needs upgrade. Location is across from beach. Plenty of parking room.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location to stay when going see the Gulf Coast Symphony. The breakfast was excellent and a lot of food!

Great hotel. Everything was well maintained and the staff was very friendly. They even had a special treat for Valentines for all their guest, punch, cookies, donuts and brownies. It was a great stay!

Staff was good, facility was not up to par. The door to enter the room was insanely difficult to open. The air conditioner didn’t cool the room.
