Swiss Chalets Village Inn

The room was clean and tidy. Heat was blowing hard all night had to turn way down. The included breakfast was basic, egg and suasage, waffle, bagel, cerels etc. nothing special.

It’s a little old and dated, but it has everything I need. As someone who frequently travels to the area for recreation, this place is one of my go-to places to stay. Balcony rooms are always reasonably priced, comfortable, and quiet. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Rented the King, hot tub suite. It was ok, not worth the money imo. (Fyi, the way the listing appears on *******, it looks like the washer/dryer is in the room. It isn't. The laundry is in the rec room and closes at 10. The washer cost $1, dryer is free. Both worked well). The breakfast was continental as stated. The pics show sausage/eggs, these were not readily abailable, though another person asked for them and received them. Honestly, the hot tub room felt overpriced for the condition of the facilities, older and needs a little TLC. It was clean, and that is the most important thing, but I probably wouldn't stay here again considering there are newer hotels with just right down the road for cheaper.

We had a great stay overall. The staff stood out immediately—they were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Check‑in and check‑out were both quick and convenient, which made the whole experience feel smooth and stress‑free. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though it could benefit from some updating to match the quality of the service. Even so, everything we needed was provided, and we felt well cared for during our stay. We would definitely return the next time we’re in the area.

We had an easy check-in process and staff were very helpful, but the room was not in good shape. Things were functional but aesthetically broken or damaged. We had to keep all our shades drawn (even though they had mountain views!) for safety/privacy because we were on the ground floor and people kept walking by.

Room was very clean and spacious. Very convenient location to Attitash, Wildcat, and Jackson Village. Staff was attentive. We had an issue with our fire alarm going off and they fixed it right away. Continental breakfast was more substantial than I expected. I would definitely stay here again!

For the price, it was surprisingly clean. Basic everything but its NH and really not expected to be fancy. It was nice to have my car right in front of my room. The hair dryer was ready to use and didnt have to fish it out then take out of a bag. Good size fridge also. Even the remote batteries seems fresh. Wish I brought a streaming stick because the provided channels weren't much to watch. The continental breakfast was as to be expected and may be just enough for most. Its a good location between bretton woods and north conway. The tub did back up though. Not a big deal for me. I would stay there again.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly, amenities and breakfast were ok just because overall the place is outdated and for breakfast they serve the exact same thing every day.
