The environment was clean and comfortable. It's quietly tucked away in an alley but very close to the subway station entrance. The owner and staff speak fluent English. The bathroom is a bit small, but it's very clean, which is more important :) The bed and duvet were also very comfortable. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and tidy :)

This guesthouse is better than any hotel! We had the Rooftop Penthouse (but no elevator). It was so beautiful and the Hongdae area is perfect! 10 minutes from the station! I'm definitely coming back! Great hosts!

Absolutely fab location. Great staff. Comfy room at a great price. Loved the snacks and tea and coffee facilities.

First time staying in a guesthouse and my experience was really good! The location is near Hongik University Station and Hongdae, with lots of restaurants nearby. There’s also a park close by, and the area is lively at night.
The owner and manager were very kind and helpful. They also provide complimentary water, tea, and snacks, which was a nice touch. The bedroom was just as posted and was clean and comfortable.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others! 😊

5/10 overall. Not clean enough, no elevator (but staff is willing to help though), no electronic lock, good price.

The guesthouse's location, price, and easy check-in/check-out were excellent. However, the room conditions were disappointing due to cleanliness (lots of bugs), noise, and humidity. Given that you can't have everything perfect without increasing your budget, it's probably best to choose based on its strengths. Personally, though, the number of bugs and the uncomfortable mattress (understandable given the price) would make me choose to spend a bit more for a hotel next time.

Everything was super! Very welcoming staff! Great location with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, and the metro is just a 5-minute walk away. I would gladly stay at this hotel again because it offers great value for money, and the hotel itself is very stylish and neat.
