OK, the hotel needs updating, but the staff was so friendly and helpful it didn't even matter. We parked our car, walked everywhere, 2 min to the Colonial theater! Insider tip, if you buy a breakfast tix from the front desk it's less $ than paying at the restaurant.

Nice property. Breakfast buffet was good. Parking lot was under construction, but complimentary valet parking was offered. Friendly staff, comfortable beds.resturanton 2 nd floor was good

The hotel is surrounded by construction. We managed to get one of the 10? parking spots in front of the hotel. 2 of the 3 elevators weren't working. The room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel is going through a renovation which makes the place a little rougher than it’s used to be. No parking or limited parking at entrance of hotel. Valet parking personnel were parking cars on entrance round entrance and in the mourning, they were towing those cars from the property. Not a good look or feel for those staying there. Maybe in six months or a year down the line, hotel will come back to its glory. Today still needs lots of work.

Room was nice and tidy. The staff were friendly. Check-in was quick and simple. Breakfast was plenty with eggs, bacon, sausages, waffles and French toast. There was only 1 working elevator so the wait was slow. Parking was undergoing renovation so you need to park down the slope and walk up. There's valet if you want. The hot water took a while to warm up.

There wasn't hot water in the room, elevator wasn't working, breakfast was run by one person, and ran out of food, etc.

The whole building feels like it’s falling apart. Everyone parks in the parking circle because they’re too lazy to walk the 500 feet to the temporary lot. You couldn’t even squeeze a Prius around the parking circle last night and this morning. If there was ever a fire, text your loved ones goodbye. Front desk and restaurant staff were fantastic, as usual.

No hot water, TV did not work and was asked to move our car at 11:00 at night (while we were in bed) from a location we were told to park in. The person at the front desk was extremely rude. Also, there was only one elevator was working.
