Fantastic hotel! Theming in the rooms is incredible- bright and clean. The only downside is the bed which was very uncomfortable. Location superb.

This is a very welcoming place. You can't help but feel happy . It is run like clockwork. There seems to be a machine and a ticket for everything. The rooms were fit for purpose, clean and modern. I feel we got value for our buck. There was no undue noise at night. I felt the restaurant and shop were overpriced. The staff were lovely. There is lots to amuse the children (as one would expect) and it is near the Disney Resort train.

This is a great themed Tokyo Disney Hotel and a great experience with kids (ages 10 and 12). My son LOVED the huge (for Japan standards) shower area as well as the independence at the buffet with tray carts. The room was comfortable for the 4 of us since it had 2 beds plus the pull-out. Every single detail including the Etch-A-Sketch TV and the Andy written on the bottom of the disposable room slippers made the experience even more special. In addition to the buffet, there is a convenience store and gift shop that came in handy. Since the hotel access is restricted to hotel guests only, staying here is the only way to see it. On our last night, it rained, snowed and hailed in the park and we were greeted back at the lobby with towels to dry ourselves off. Service was beyond exceptional!

Stayed here for two nights during our visit. I thought the Christmas theming was the best out of all the hotels we visited. Check-in was quick and efficient. Room theming was great, loved being in Andy’s room. We stayed in a Bayside Room for our first night and a Standard Room for our second, actually preferred the view from the Standard room which had a view of the castle and we also saw Mt Fuji at the end of the corridor. We didn’t have breakfast but the konbini was well stocked. 5 minute walk to the monorail which was great.

A decent Disney hotel for the budget conscious travelling family. Very clean and great theming. Not as well equipped as the Deluxe hotels such as Fantasy Springs or even Ambassador. Beds are a bit hard even by Japanese standards. Great dinner buffet if you want to forky out for that. Kids will love it.

Fabulous stay at the Toy Story Hotel. Convenient access to the monorail and we loved getting Happy Entry to Disneyland as a perk for staying at a Disney hotel. Lotso’s Garden Cafe was good but I would have appreciated more vegetarian and vegan options

Hotel was well located for going to Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea, since the monorail was quite frequent and it stopped almost in front of the hotel. However, for the price, I was expecting much more. The English level of staff is poor, breakfast is quite weak from a western point of view, and rooms have a strange layout, with two tiny double beds, preventing couples from sleeping together. Overall, the main positive point is the theming, much better than, for instance, the Toy Story themed hotel in Paris.

Super cute hotel! Good sized room (especially for Japan) with two twin beds and a trundle. We're Disney Vacation Club members so we were able to book the room using points. The theming throughout the hotel is fantastic!! The two playground areas have lots of cute areas to take photos. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Pillows are flatter than we're used to but still comfortable. Room comes with adult pajamas - need to get kids ones from Guest Services. Elevators were quick to arrive and spacious enough. Gift shop had a great selection of Toy Story merchandise and other characters as well. Convenience store had a good selection of food, beverages, and merchandise. It does get crowded later at night as people are coming back from the parks (and the restaurant has closed). We didn't have reservations for the breakfast buffet but were able to be seated with minimal wait. We purchased tickets for the buffet from a kiosk just outside of the restaurant. We ate breakfast around 8:15am...the line for the restaurant was a lot longer when we left (shortly before 9am). Good breakfast buffet options! We only stayed one night as we were checking in to another hotel the next day as part of a vacation package. We were able to drop off our luggage at bell services in the morning and they transferred it to our next hotel for us. Hotel is a short walk (about 5-7 minutes) from Bayside station. FYI - at night, when you're walking back, you need to show your room key as only registered hotel guests are allowed on to hotel property. Would definitely consider staying here again!
