Tokyo Disney Resort Toy Story Hotel

This hotel is great, a Toy Story lovers dream. The aesthetic and decoration is absolutely perfect. The staff are very helpful and check out process was very easy as you could do this on the TV in the room. As a guest at this hotel you got “happy entry” to Disneyland which was a great perk, however no Happy Entry to DisneySea. There is a gift shop as well as a small supermarket onsite which was very useful.

My kids loved this hotel! It was their favourite of two Disney hotels we stayed at. We loved the character of the hotel. So convenient in its location. Some sweet touches applied and check in and out was seamless. Enjoyable stay.

The theme of this hotel was incredible. They nailed everything about Toy story. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were welcoming and they were kind. My room was perfect. From the bathroom to the actual room, to the bed. It was just me and I had more than enough space. I can’t say enough about the experience. There’s a little fFamily Mart in the hotel so if you need a quick drink or something that’s perfect. Definitely make a reservation at the café for breakfast and dinner. You will need it. Great experience! And if I were to come back to Tokyo Disney, I would stay at the toy story hotel again.

What could we say. The theming was jaw dropping, one of the cutest ever. Honestly, the theming around the lobby area, the outside playground and the inside playground was incredible, to say the least. We arrived with a limousine bus from Haneda Terminal 3, and it was convenient. We arrived early and managed to check in but was asked to wait for our room until 4PM. Then, we stored our luggage in the bell desk. We came back later in the night after the park closed. The room was one of the cutest really. The wallpaper inside the elevator, around the walls leading to the room and the room itself were really immersive. The toothbrush cups, the toilet amenities and the kids slippers and the details of the room was cute. Our room was adequately sized for the four of us. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable for a very good night's sleep. There was a trundle bed, which was great so that I did not need to share it with my 11 years old. The bathroom was great with a separate toilet and shower. We managed to book a breakfast slot at the Lotso Cafe but we did not really enjoy it since the line to take the food was pretty long and we intended to visit the park as early as possible. One last note was that I left my shampoo and shower gel in the room. I realised it in the Ambassador Hotel on the evening of the check out date. Unfortunately, there was no report of retained items. Overall, a great stay and I hope to stay longer here the next time we visit Tokyo Disneyland.

Fantastic hotel! Theming in the rooms is incredible- bright and clean. The only downside is the bed which was very uncomfortable. Location superb.

This is a very welcoming place. You can't help but feel happy . It is run like clockwork. There seems to be a machine and a ticket for everything. The rooms were fit for purpose, clean and modern. I feel we got value for our buck. There was no undue noise at night. I felt the restaurant and shop were overpriced. The staff were lovely. There is lots to amuse the children (as one would expect) and it is near the Disney Resort train.

This is a great themed Tokyo Disney Hotel and a great experience with kids (ages 10 and 12). My son LOVED the huge (for Japan standards) shower area as well as the independence at the buffet with tray carts. The room was comfortable for the 4 of us since it had 2 beds plus the pull-out. Every single detail including the Etch-A-Sketch TV and the Andy written on the bottom of the disposable room slippers made the experience even more special. In addition to the buffet, there is a convenience store and gift shop that came in handy. Since the hotel access is restricted to hotel guests only, staying here is the only way to see it. On our last night, it rained, snowed and hailed in the park and we were greeted back at the lobby with towels to dry ourselves off. Service was beyond exceptional!

Stayed here for two nights during our visit. I thought the Christmas theming was the best out of all the hotels we visited. Check-in was quick and efficient. Room theming was great, loved being in Andy’s room. We stayed in a Bayside Room for our first night and a Standard Room for our second, actually preferred the view from the Standard room which had a view of the castle and we also saw Mt Fuji at the end of the corridor. We didn’t have breakfast but the konbini was well stocked. 5 minute walk to the monorail which was great.
