Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Futian Huaqiangbei

Hotel for my business trip and had a great hotel environment, clean and elegant lobby design and excellent panoramic views. The room cleanliness was well maintained and all facilities were in good condition. The front desk staff, especially Sasha provided attentive friendly service with high efficiency. The complimentary self service facility was a major plus transportation access is convenient and the rooms are highly comfortable. Overall, there were no drawbacks truly recommended.

The hotel is just on a great location with a lot to do in that area from basic stuff to good restaurants, spa and the famous electronic market. All on walkable distance. As a couple we really love ambiance and clean spaces. This hotel has it. Our room, bathroom, restaurants, bar restaurant every area gives you a good and happy feeling. Breakfast is really good and a lot of options for us as none beef and pork eaters. Also a clean neat laundry room with steamer. Staff is really helpful. Thanks to Sally who did her almost best to provide the information and services we needed. Next time we are in Shenzen this is again our hotel. I highly recommend this as an Indian living in Europe.

This was our fourth stay at Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen Futian Huaqiangbei within a year, and once again, we had a very pleasant stay. A special thank you to Sasa and Brian at the front desk for being so friendly, helpful and accommodating with all our requests. We would also like to compliment the housekeeping team for keeping our room clean and comfortable throughout our stay. It’s always a pleasure staying here, and Hampton has become our go-to hotel whenever we visit Shenzhen. We will definitely be back again!

The state was very satisfactory. The panoramic view from the hotel high floor was impressive, and the high floor lobby was spacious, and the interior of the guest rooms was clean and tidy with proper hygiene details and all brand new service staff Yuki had a friend room solve the problem of laundry during travel. The overall environment was refreshing and comfortable with complete surrounding facilities and convenient. Transportation was done with Care.

Big shoutout to Katie for her professionalism—her smiley service makes you feel wonderful. The room is spotless like new, with daily cleaning and replenishment of supplies. The environment is quiet and peaceful, and the floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the bustling Huaqiangbei. The whole place has smart controls—you can adjust the lights and air conditioning with just your voice, and the tech vibes are amazing. Everyone who's stayed says it's great! Highly recommend.
