Stayed in Arthouse across the road, offered me a discount if I returned! So decided to come with some of the boys and stay in apartments. Vault was massive, we all had our own beds and big living area. Will be back.

Horrendous in every way! On the morning of the booking, we called several numbers that we was told to call. We had no answer. The phone number sent to us was out of service. When we arrived at the property, we had no instructions or details just the address due to the lack of communication. Eventually around 2.30pm we were able to get hold of them and was told to find another hotel to check us in. We checked in. When first entering the apartment the door was wide open to the busiest street in Liverpool mostly men were walking in and out. We walked up the stairs to find our apartment unlocked and despite the code that was given we were unable to lock the door. When entering the room the smell was atrocious, like it hadn’t been cleaned in the years it had be opened. I actually cried as this was meant to be a memorable day for us girlfriends. Further to walking through - the floors were filthy, black all over them, the kitchen was awful, all broken and smears and dirt all over the kitchen. The curtains were falling down, cigarette burn holes all over the furniture. The bedrooms didn’t have any curtains that weren’t hanging off, the beds had no sheets and stains all over them. The bathroom had grime all round it tiles falling off. It was something truly awful. Nothing like the website portrays it looks lovely on there. We left immediately notifying the company. Who said they would authorise a refund on Monday as there were unable to over the weekend. We left. As some of my friends were turning up later they went to the apartment to find men in the room saying they were staying there the night, we had to call them again and explain this wasn’t us and they should try and lock the door as they took a £300 deposit from me (which has been refunded). We still haven’t had reply from them since we left the apartment (within 10 mins of arriving) even though they promised a refund. Would not recommend - awful in every way - don’t do it!!

We checked into Signature living apparentment the Iconic penthouse for a Hen night in March. We were welcomed by the smell of drainage as we went in, and as we got further in, it got worse. The rooms were freezing cold and there's was no heating other than in the living room we had to ask for extra heaters as it was awful. Made even worse by the fact the windows didn't close. Health and safety at its finest! We asked reception for help and they sent up a man to look who told us it's broken and he wouldn't be able to fix it tonight and funny enough we never seen him again but tried to sweeten us up by another 2 bottles of prosecco in the fridge. The headboards were hanging off the beds, the beds were ripped and dirty. My mom and the older ladies wouldn't even sleep in the beds after seeing how grubby they were so had to sleep on the sofa in the lounge. The WiFi didn't work, the sound system looked like something from 1970 and didn't connect to anything. One room was so bad we wouldnt even use it and crammed everyone else into the other rooms to share for the heat. There was even a poo left in o e of the toilets from the week before or whenever it had been cleaned last. We went to Tesco next door for air fresheners and anti bacterial wipes to give the place a clean over. Not many of us would risk a shower after seeing how grubby they were with hairs still down the plughole. The one I tried wouldn't kick out any hot water either so had to use another bathroom. The door to the place was a nightmare to lock and get into and wasn't the safest. On check out we looked at the appartment next door and before we could look at anymore , the filthy door was enough. This place could be so lovely if only someone spent the time to fix everything up and give it a deep clean. We tried to leave the place clean when we left but there was not even a plug for the sink and no dishwasher tabs for the dishwasher making things hard. Overall for the £2000 we paid, it was not good at all. Staff at the reception were full of empty promises aboit helping us email to complain and never heard a word from them after. Save youre money and stay somewhere else.

Ignore these last reviews all too alike to be real. Joke of company absolute health hazard and stinks with no water - dreadful no one has a clue they are blaggers. Think they are making reviews because they are that bad. Save ur money honestly it’s awful and stinks

Just wanna say a massive thanks to Signature Living for sorting us out for me mate’s 30th! We had a party apartment on Bold Street, which was spot on for the celebrations, and got some extra rooms at the Arthouse Hotel for the family. Everything was absolutely bang on. The apartment was perfect for a proper party.. dead clean, loads of space, and just had a boss vibe to it. Big shoutout to Sean, Kim, and the cleaners – they were absolute legends. They even saved the day when the balloon people let us down last minute and made sure everything looked amazing. Can’t fault the staff, they made everything so easy and proper looked after us. If you’re planning anything big, these are the people to go to. Thanks for making it a belter of a night – me mate loved it, and we’ll definitely be back!

Awful experience! The whole experience from the start was awful! We picked our key up & couldn’t get through the key code so we had to contact reception. The guy came & was very rude! The heating wasn’t working & the whole place smelt of bleach, but wasn’t at all clean! When we were going out for the evening we couldn’t lock the door so again contacted reception & the same guy came out, using a screwdriver to get in! When we came back early hours after a night out, again had to contact reception as the door wouldn’t open. We had to leave the door unlocked all night as it was a fire hazard if we couldn’t get out! The heating wasn’t working so they had to get some radiators for us (that was dealt with by a different nice guy!) the fridge was so cold that it froze our sandwiches!! Would never stay in this apartment again!!! Awful!!!!

Amazing night. Mike gave us his personal number as soon as we got there for anything we needed. And not only that he got all 12 of us booked into a club even tho we had some wrong footwear 🤣but over all really good. Would definitely recommend. And one more thing if you need a single thing it could be replacing things in your room to needing suggestions and help on where to go out. Mike is the guy

Proper buzzing with how my 18th went at The Vault Party Pad on Bold Street. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for more! The team sorted everything, DJ, lights, balloons, the lot. They made it so stress-free, and it was all exactly how I wanted it. Felt like a proper VIP the whole night. The place itself is mad. Plenty of space for everyone to have a dance and chill, and having 30 people able to stay over? boss. No worries about getting taxis or anything, just kept the party vibes going into the morning. dead comfy too, which you don’t always expect with big groups like that. If you’re looking for somewhere to throw a big birthday or just a mega party, I’d 100% recommend The Vault. It’s proper sound, the team go above and beyond, it made my 18th one to remember, nice one to them for smashing it!
