The stay was incredibly pleasant. The hotel was spotless, the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient.
The only minor issue was that the breakfast service was occasionally a little slow, but it was more than compensated for by the incredibly pleasant and charming gentlemen working there (unfortunately I didn’t note down their names—thank you to all of them!). They were very attentive, quick, and even suggested some wonderful places for us to visit in the city.
The room was very comfortable and was cleaned promptly every day. There was a great selection in the minibar, and the concierge service was excellent. I even dropped an earring down the sink, and they sent an engineer who managed to retrieve it for me.
The spa was fantastic, and the staff there were wonderful. The treatment selection was varied, and although the spa area itself is a little small, it was usually quiet, which created a lovely private atmosphere to relax and enjoy our stay.
The UNESCO-listed garden was one of our favourite places. We spent a lot of time there playing games with my family, and it was beautifully maintained.
Overall, it was such a warm and welcoming experience. I would absolutely love to come back and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
