Guilin Travel light Inn (Railway Station Xiangshan Park Branch)

This place has many mosquitoes and the mosquito killer liquid bottle was empty, i had to go to the reception to get it. Also, electrical switches could be better as some plugs were not working. Else everything was great. It has has a small coffee shop at the first floor.

A totally pleasant place to stay! The staff are super friendly and helpful! They are able to speak English, a relief for me after weeks of speaking mandarin. The toilets and rooms are exceptionally clean! It is also perfectly situated in the middle of Guilin with amazing food places within a short walking distance. Pricing rates are reasonable. Highly recommended to choose this place when visiting Guilin. I’ll stay here again if and when I return to Guilin.

This is a really nice hostel located a short walk away from Guilin Railway Station. I was just passing through Guilin so didn’t have time to do a cruise but the staff suggested some great free activities I to do. They also do laundry(washing and drying). This was a lifesaver while backpacking.

Booked the 6 bed dorm, it was full for the 2 nights I stayed here. The bed was so comfy and firm. I had the upper bed and the stairs were thin and tall so each steps felt like I was climbing a rock. The curtains weren't long enough to cover the whole bed completely, you could see the gap of the room and wasn't very blackout, but it's nice for the aircon to come thru without feeling too hot. The power socket was quite annoying, you had to make sure you don't use the travel adaptor which is a brick because it will not fit under the bed light. Room is very cleaned. The bathroom is cleaned too, but the door had issues. The employees are very nice, speaks both English and Chinese and very helpful too. They can also arrange day trips or the river cruise, and honestly if I knew in advance I would had chose Guilin first then Yangshuo so I can join a tour instead. Location is pretty close to Guilin Station - a 15min walk.

Ten minutes walk away from the train station. The staffs are super friendly and nice. :)

The staff is very friendly. The room is clean. It has all you need. I definitely recommend!
