Ibis Styles Siem Reap

Traveling with seniors and children, the overall experience was fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's family-friendly facilities and breakfast selection were amazing, offering a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes that pleased everyone's palate. A special thanks to the front desk staff who, upon learning we were traveling with seniors, thoughtfully arranged a room closer to the elevator. Their attention to detail made for a very warm and pleasant stay!

Although it wasn't in the Khmer style, it was incredibly clean and felt more like a business hotel, which was perfect. For Japanese people, cleanliness is paramount. I had an inner room so I couldn't see outside, but it was quiet, and I wasn't bothered by the sound of heavy rain. In the evenings, Pub Street and the night market were right in front, which was fantastic. There were also towels available at the pool. However, the pool toilet floor was extremely slippery with wet feet; I fell and cut my finger and got bruised. I wish they could make it less slippery. I stayed for 6 nights, and during one room cleaning, the cups and towels were left untouched. I think it was that one guy, but it's no big deal. Breakfast was also good.

This is a pretty standard express hotel for the Siem Reap city area. The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious too.
