Room 308 has a very awkward position for the WC as the basin is on your way. I am small but a larger peson cannot sit down in the WC

Péssimo hotel. O quarto tinha os carpetes sujos, saída do ar condicionado imunda. Parecia um quarto de museu. Infestado de mosquitos. Banheiro sujo e fedorento. A gerente disse que era da cidade mas o hotel concorrente não tinha mosquitos nas dependências. Ao informar que iria sair aplicaram uma multa sem eu ter assinado nenhum papel. PASSARAM O MEU CARTAO SEM A MINHA ASSINATURA. Uso impróprio do cartão.

Es un excelente hotel, muy buen servicio, habitaciones muy buenas, cordialidad del personal, muy buenas instalaciones,. tambien destaco el desayuno y por supuesto la ubicacion del mismo. Siempre que vamos a Rosario nos alojamos en este hotel. Lo recomiendo

Habitación frente a la calle imposible dormir. Toda la noche música de canto bar. Hablo a conserjería para que me cambien de habitación y me dice el conserje que va a ver y me llama. Todavía estoy esperando que me llame. A la mañána averiguo y el hotel no estaba lleno o sea que además de ignorarme había posibilidad de solucionar mi problema. Jóvenes que no tienen idea. La habitación no tenía secador de cabello, ni una pava electrica o cafetera para hacer un simple te o cafe. En el inodoro se quedaba trabada el boton pulsador. Todo de hotel 2 estrellas. En el desayuno lo básico, semejante a un 2 estrellas. Perdón a los hoteles 2 estrellas que atienden bien a sus pasajeros.

Ocupamos una habitación triple por dos noches. Muy lindas las zonas comunes. La habitación muy cómoda. La zona del solarium y la pileta. Personal amable.Buena limpieza, la mucama del piso muy amable. La ubicación en pleno centro es óptima si vas sin vehículo. Pero está en el medio del bullicio del tráfico. Si tenés auto es mejor las zonas cercanas a la costanera. Para mí se le cae una estrella de las 4 por los siguientes detalles: La flor de la ducha del baño era viejísima y tiraba agua para cualquier lado. El picaporte de la puerta del baño, roto. NO tiene secador de pelo que te lo dan hasta en un tres estrellas. El desayuno muy escueto en variedad, jugo (solo naranja), cereales, yogur, medialunas y tostadas. Falta fruta y fiambre. La zona de la pileta muy bonita, una lástima el abandono de las reposeras todas rotas, impresentables (preferible que no haya) y las colchonetas sucias. La pileta llena por la mitad o menos, incomprensible en plena temporada. Es un hotel muy bonito, lástima el abandono en los detalles. Quizás porque era una habitación familiar y no le prestan mucha atención. El frente del hotel con banderas, rotas y palos rotos y faltantes, eso es descuido. Es un tres estrellas, no 4.

Realmente la atención fue de primera, si el hotel es antiguo pero muy bien mantenido, yo estuve en el noveno piso y en la habitación no nos faltó nada (si el frigobar solo tenía dos botellas de agua y a las 23 horas se cierra el bar) es un cuatro estrellas con limitaciones, pero por ejemplo el desayuno se aclara que es buffet americano, me gustó mucho, excelente la atención, está cerca del centro comercial, y el precio muy bueno.
