Bad hotel. The room had dirty carpets and a filthy air conditioning outlet. It looked like a museum room. Infested with mosquitoes. Dirty and smelly bathroom. The manager said she was from the city but the competing hotel did not have mosquitoes on the premises. When I informed that I was going to leave, they imposed a fine without me having signed any paper. THEY PASSED MY CARD WITHOUT MY SIGNATURE. Improper use of the card.

We occupied a triple room for two nights. The common areas are very nice. The room very comfortable. The solarium and pool area. Friendly staff. The pool area is very nice, a shame about the abandonment of the lounge chairs that are all broken, unpresentable (preferably there are none) and the dirty mats. The pool is half full or less, incomprehensible in the middle of the season. It is a very nice hotel, shame about the neglect of details.
