The room was quiet and didn't face the street, so I wasn't bothered by any outside noise at all – perfect for someone trying to finish a project. The cleanliness was exceptional; even the corners were spotless. Plus, the smart home controls throughout the room were super convenient. It's also really close to where I needed to be, making getting around a breeze. Definitely a huge thumbs up!

Shanghai experienced a sudden drop in temperature yesterday, and today's flight delay completely messed up all my plans. As I was feeling anxious, Maitian proactively reached out to check on me. Not only did they thoughtfully extend my check-out time until 3 PM, but they also handed me a warming patch and a bottle of heated mineral water when I checked out.
