Siamo tornati da P.Pio con amici ed e' la prima volta che vengo all'hotel Gaggiano, devo dire niente male, stanze pulite, servizio al ristorante buono, prezzi nella media, devo dire buono come hotel

Tutto perfetto, la stanza, gli ambienti arredati in stile retro' molto accoglienti e puliti il personale gentile a partire da chi si occupa delle stanze fimo al personale in sala. Cibo cucinato con amore (complimenti allo staff di cucina) un tiramisù da sogno la scelta dei prodotti eccellente la carne squisita. Unica pecca ma solo a mio avviso il posto auto, per raggiungerlo la strada e stretta e ripida ma appena entri in hotel e vedi la piscina dimentichi la salita. Siamo stati bene e ci torneremo Grazie di tutto

Esperienza di ritorno da una settimana di mare nel profondo Salento. A 300 MT dal Santuario. Parcheggio privato. Struttura che dimostra la sua età senza troppi fronzoli, ma non disdegna l'innovazione e la ricerca di restyling. Reception H24. Pulizia della camera buona nonostante tanti arredi... Camera spaziosa, le strutture di qualche decennio fa offrivano questa caratteristica, purtroppo oggi non è più così. Qualche intervento andrebbe fatto per mantenere sempre gli standard di un certo livello. Frigo bar, TV, Wifi, aria condizionata e telefono, tutti presenti in camera. Bagno ristrutturato, tutto sospeso e quindi di nuova concezione, doccia comoda. Colazione a buffet, magari da ampliare, oppure abbiamo sbagliato noi il periodo... Piacevole novità, una zona relax, dove le foto parlano da sole... Una piacevole sorpresa. Da ritornarci sicuramente.

Nous sommes allés à l'hôtel Gaggiano du 26/10/24 au 29/10/24 en pélerinage avec un groupe de 91 personnes. Ce fût un magnifique séjour. L'hôtel est très propre et la nourriture y est excellente. L'hôtel est proche du sanctuaire de Padre Pio. Antonio, Raffaella ainsi que le personnel du restaurant et les femmes de charge sont toujours à l'écoute, trés gentil et disponibles envers les clients Merci à vous tous pour cet excellent séjour. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

Stanze molto datate, angoli sporchi, neri. Bagno con brutte incrostazioni. Aria condizionata inesistente, finta. Ci siamo morti di caldo. La TV non è aggiornata, ha il vecchio telesystem , praticamente inutile. Peggio il ristorante, ha un menù completo a 23 euro. Noi abbiamo preso un piatto di verdure, due primi, una porzione di frutta. Niente sul conto la cena l'abbiamo pagata 46 euro. L'ho fatto notare al proprietario ma la risposta è stata che il conto dei piatti ordinati era quello. Allora ci potevano onestamente dire che era meglio se ordinavamo tutto il menù! Colazione banale e ordinaria. La unica nota positiva è la gentilezza dei camerieri, veramente apprezzata in un ambiente così triste. Ovviamente l'albergo era vuoto, di domenica....
