The floor-to-ceiling window offered an absolutely stunning view, both day and night. The room was bright and airy, with meticulous attention to cleanliness, offering incredible value for money.

The lobby boasts a stunning, unique, and exquisite Chinese-style design. We stayed with our child, and happened to encounter 'Zhihua' at the front desk. True to her name, she was not only beautiful but also incredibly attentive and thoughtful, always putting guests first. Her meticulous care and warm smile, maintained even under the high-pressure environment of dealing with various guests, significantly enhanced our experience. It's truly impressive to consistently maintain such a high standard of service. Zhihua is undoubtedly the hotel's representative face and cornerstone! Having such a beautiful, capable, and outstanding employee is a tremendous asset to your hotel. I hope the hotel management will recognize and commend Zhihua for her exceptional service, because everyone's efforts deserve to be seen. The room was spacious and the environment was excellent, with a great design aesthetic. The front desk staff were very polite, and the interior design of the room was also fantastic. The toiletries were exceptionally clean and convenient, all individually packaged.

Huge thanks to Leo Liu at HUALUXE Shenzhen Bao'an! I brought my boyfriend here for his birthday, and Leo upgraded us to a deluxe sea-view room. We had an amazing view of the ocean right from our window! He also gave us a beautiful tea set as a gift. The service was attentive throughout our stay, and they made it easy to store the birthday cake I had delivered. From check-in to check-out, we felt so well taken care of. Highly recommend!

The hotel is quite new. My flight was delayed that day, but it only took about ten minutes to get there from Bao'an Airport. My room had already been upgraded to an executive floor, as requested via an earlier phone call, and a buckwheat pillow was ready for me. I really appreciate the thoughtful arrangements made by Fuying at the front desk. I'll definitely be back next week for my business trip.

What I liked: The room was spacious, and my stay was quite comfortable. The front desk staff and concierge, Chu Xian, were consistently proactive and responsible when addressing my questions. They actively helped find solutions and promptly offered appropriate compensation, without avoiding or deflecting issues. Their service mindset is commendable. What I disliked intensely: The room's hygiene was significantly below the hotel's expected standards and couldn't withstand close inspection. After checking in, I found uncleared stains on the toilet and food residue from the previous guest on the floor. Even more disappointing was that after I reported the hygiene issues to the hotel, the situation didn't show significant improvement. This indicates deficiencies in room cleaning and re-inspection processes, which need stronger management. Overall: The service team's attitude in handling problems is commendable, but excellent service cannot fully compensate for fundamental hygiene shortcomings. As a hotel's most basic service standard, I hope they will prioritize room cleaning quality to provide guests with an experience that matches the brand's positioning.

Lynn provided excellent service! The views are unbeatable – the ocean, planes, and sunsets are all so beautiful. The lobby bar is also lovely. Overall, this hotel is definitely a top-tier choice in Bao'an.
