DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Omaha Downtown

Not for late arriving guests. There isn't much options for dinner around the hotel's areas after 9:30 pm.

This hotel is at a very nice location and also provides shuttle. The staff is good. Overall, nice and decent place.

The bathroom facilities are outdated, and the room has poor sound insulation. The location is ok, ten minutes walking from the CHI centre. There are shuttles to CHI and airport.

The hotel was nice and good and the good location but just the car parking is not free and when u park it hard to come out

Everything was ok. This hotel will need an upgrade soon though.

First time saying at a double tree and never again. Front desk wasn't very helpful. Room was dirty and dusty, tv wasn't working, and when you shower water was up to your ankles by the time you were done. No refrigerator or microwave in the room so couldn't even keep my water cold. When I booked the room I paid extra for breakfast and when it was time to have breakfast they wanted to change me again. Paid twice the amount for parking. Nerve again would I go back..

Hotel is decent but for the price for the type of room it is not worth the value . Paid 400 . For a suite only one elevator worked . People are great but they are working with limited options . There are better rooms with better amneties with different companies in the same areas

Great experience but for some reason we were given the handicap accessible room. Not complaining but odd. Free shuttle service was great getting around downtown.
