The hotel has a great location, just outside the city walls. It's clean and tidy, and the staff are young and energetic. Xiao Xiang and Xiao Zhou provided warm and thoughtful service. The view from the window is also lovely.

This hotel has a great location, right across from the city wall. Xi'an has been hot and muggy these past few days, so a stroll in the evening was really nice. The noodles for breakfast were exceptional, absolutely delicious. I stayed for three consecutive nights and would definitely recommend it.

Special thanks to Danni, Xiao Wen, Xiao Fang, and Xiao Shao for their warm hospitality and for taking such good care of our children. The service was truly excellent.

The room was clean and tidy, not facing the street, so it was very quiet. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a good night's sleep. The staff were all very professional and had great attitudes, especially Ivy, Xiao Fang, and Dan Dan. Every single one of them was professional, meticulous, and patient. It was a fantastic stay! Thumbs up! 👍🏻

The hotel restaurant service was exceptional, and the breakfast selection was very rich. It's right by the ancient city, just across the street from Yuxiang Gate. However, I found there was very little conditioner when washing my hair, which isn't ideal for long hair.

The location is super convenient, right by Yuxiang Gate, so you can easily access the city wall or stroll along the moat. The front desk staff, Ms. Yang and Ms. Wang, were also very welcoming and enthusiastic. Overall, it was a good stay.

The front desk staff, Xiao Fang and Dandan, provided incredibly professional, friendly, and enthusiastic service. The hotel is in a fantastic, quiet location despite being in the bustling city, directly opposite the city wall. It's just a 10-15 minute walk to the scenic area, yet at night, you can sleep soundly until you wake up naturally. The breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious!

The room was quite clean and tidy. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They contacted us even before we arrived in Xi'an. We had an extra child, and the front desk kindly provided an additional breakfast every day. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir. Throughout our stay, we bothered the front desk many times, and they always went above and beyond to help us! Next time I come to Xi'an, I'll most likely choose an InterContinental hotel again! The hotel breakfast was also pretty good, just the flavors I enjoy!
